I stayed in this hotel fora total of nine nights in three consecutive weeks on business. We had rented the small conference room as our mobile office. The staff was mostly friendly and the breakfast buffet as well as the Spa area were very appealing. However, the rest of the hotel seems to have passed its best days. Everything looks... more

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. We were given a warm, friendly, efficent check in at this hotel. The hotel is convenient for all the attractions of Baden Baden. I would agree with the previous reviews that the decor is a little tired and the rooms hot at night. However, when we complained to reception we were... more

Stayed while on business. Good single room in the older part of the hotel, reasonable size for a single. An extra tap to run a bath of Thermal Spa water, unfortunately no time to try this, or the Spa itself. The hotel is well appointed, service was good. As in previous reviews, the other people in the hotel were mainly... more

We stayed in nice room with a balcony that overlooked the garden. The room was a nice size, the king size bed was very comfortable and decorated nicely. We drove into town and used the large underground garage. The Hotel is in a nice location that was walking distance from the town center, sights and shopping. The breakfast was excellent.... more

We stayed for 1 night in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the garden. The hotel has good location. We came by car and the hotel has a big underground garage. The staff was friendly. The entrancehall, the bar and lounge is modern and wellkept. The room was spacious with large windows. 2 armchairs, table, writing desk, good beds,... more

Location is really good. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is great, especially the outside one (it is not big, but really pleasant). Our room was good, but for this price I expected a bigger room. Service was good. more

This is a lovely hotel very close to everything (casino, park, Museum Frieda Burda, shopping, restuarants, etc...). Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom with excellent water pressure and deep bathtub. Breakfasts are fantastic. A huge buffet of cheeses, fruits, eggs, sausages, waters, coffees, teas, breads, jams, and the rest. Service is quite good. Our air conditioning unit... more

When I first arrived, i thought okay, this is pretty nice and my room was excellent but the service isnt exactly wonderful. The only person who was extremely nice at the front desk was Herr Hoffman and this one male waiter. I didn't think the others were overly nice but i really enjoyed staying at the hotel because it was... more

I suppose I'd expected a little more luxe in my de luxe. The hotel is ideally located for the Festspielhaus (the point of my trip) and close to the Trinkhalle, Kurhaus, Lichtentaler Allee and all the main sites of BBaden. We'd chosen rooms in the former monastery part of the hotel, so I was expecting the variety in size and... more

A most enjoyable stay : friendly, attentive staff , excellent restaurant, great wellness centre. near to everything in this cozy city. We had a large room and bathroom with a terrace overlooking the well kept garden. Huge in- and outside pool and exceptional steamroom. If you have the privilege to stay there have at least one meal at their restaurant and... more
