Convenient arrangement, good SPA with two pools with hot and cool thermal water, the beautiful territory. Refined interiors in historical part of hotel. Close to all sights, cafe, restaurants, and shops. Convenient parking. The building and rooms need capital repairs.

We were my wife and me on an opera week end in Baden Baden, and the Traviata with a wonderful stage and a delicious Olga Peretyatko was fantastic, a nice week end to continue in sight....but the hotel...what a disappointment, what a shame ! A smoky bedroom supposed to be non smoker (we had to demand another one, stinky !),... More

We booked in Radisson with the criteria of it being next to the Opera. It was well worth our stay. We even had a chance to eat late at night after the Opera. Everything was very good. Having a parking lot in Baden Baden is a great advantage. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. No negative comments for this... More

I am shocked that this is a 4 star hotel. It is a long time since I stayed in such a shabby hotel with such poor service. Frayed carpets, strong smell of smoke in a non smoking bedroom, old and marked furniture, broken lift. Most breakfast items out of stock at the buffet long before the end, no service in... More

Our third visit. First one some years ago was not that good. However last two stays have been very good. We would like to come again and stay on 2nd floor with balcony in a room similar to recent visit and one before. Friendly staff, helped with information and asked how our stay was. Very pleased. Thank you Friedrich and... More

Arrived with no parking and no help from front desk on alternatives. Then found out it just put two single beds side by side in response to my queen size bed request, and the bed do separate when one sit on them.

Staff was very nice but its an old hotel and needs an upgrade. The bill was not correct as i found out when i came home. The quote from booking.com was included breakfast and the hotel charged extra for the breakfast.

It was the worst hotel in town. I thought the hotel website must have put the wrong photos. Nasty staff. Standard double room was just a single with an extra towel & pillow. Battered old furniture. Small room. Window couldn't close. We were looking forward to a stay in a grand hotel and we were really disappointed. It ruined our... More

The stay in this hotel was unpleasant. The facilities are very old. Hotel staff at reception were not helpful. I ordered a queen size bed and I got two single beds pushed together but determined to leave a 15mm gap once someone sleep on them. SPA facilities were closed for the summer. The worst thing was there was no available... More

Excellent hotel to stay in Baden-Baden. Frendly staff. Good location, very close to shopping area. Very nice spa, termal pool, large rooms, tea/ coffee maker in the room. I enjoyed my stay very much and will come back again.
