I travel a lot, and I can asure you that I have never been in such a tinny room. And also was very old. The bed was unconfortable, and situated on the corner, that means against two walls, like when I was a kid. Definitely not the quality expected in a Radisson.

My husband and I stayed only one night. When we checked in we noticed the refrigerator was not working and notified the front desk because we had fresh meat and cheese that needed to be chilled. When we returned from sight seeing we were told that a repairman could not look at it until the next day. Okay, we are... More

A blend of belle epoque and modern, this hotel is well placed near to the amenities of Baden Baden. Excellent breakfast but at 20 euros a head it is by no means cheap! WIFI reception was very poor both in our room and in the public areas, but there is a desk top computer with free usage in Reception. TV... More

My wife and I stayed for three nights at this hotel. The first night was in the old part of the hotel where the rooms are really dated, with peeling paint, a tiny bathroom, broken fixtures and an ancient television positioned in a place where it was almost impossible to see. We asked for a change to a better room,... More

In its prime this was obviously a grand hotel, but that was many decades ago. Showing signs of neglect in the building works. The room was a good size though fairly spartan. The view from the window over the 'grounds' to the rear of the hotel showed peeling paintwork on windows, lawns uncared for and a general feeling of neglect.... More

We stayed a couple of nights in late August and were very pleased with the location and parking on site (a little pricey at 14€/day). It is a Grand hotel which is need of some TLC, the rooms and public areas are a little tired now and the lack of attention is starting to show. The Spa facilities are quite... More

This place has a stunning location just on the edge of the city so within a short walk of the thermal baths. The building is very elegant with a car park below. But the cracks are really starting to show as the owners seem to be falling behind with the maintenance. The reception is run by young and inexperienced girls... More

This is already 5th time we are staying here. The place is nice, but nothing special, excellent location. Hotel definitely needs a renovation. Some rooms are without AC, so ask for this at the reception. However staff at the reception desk always looks tired and don't know why but some of them are barefooted... :) During this summer we stayed... More

We stayed for 1 night only - without breakfast, as the price was just too high for breakfast. The room was very old and the shower head in the shower pointing at the wall (you needed a screwdriver to alter it) - this meant that the whole bathroom was wet. We advised reception - but the person on the desk... More

Service was good in the restaurant and the reception. The hall was nice, the garden restaurant beautiful. Otherwise: The hotel was in need of some restoration. The carpets were shabby, some paints were needed. We had a business room, rather big, as well a big bathroom, both a little empty. The room had 2 worn down chairs, one of the... More
