We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very modern but the dinning room has been left almost in it's 19th century state with it's classical furniture. The rooms have very good beds and tv's, some can be a bit small. The bathrooms are also well designed. Breakfast is good, porcelain and cutlery a pleasure to use. Staff very friendly and... More

Our room was nice and clean. It was facing a noisy road, but it had good windows blocking the sound. The location is extremely convenient to the Festspielhaus. However, the quality of the breakfast was poor, I did not really want to eat the eggs and most of the bread was dry. What was most upsetting however, was that there... More

When we went to the Caracalla Bad on Saturday, I made the mistake of leaving a pair of earrings (a gift from my mother) on the desk. We we arrived back from the Bad, we found it curious that our room key didn't work. After the man at the front desk "reactivated" our key, we let ourselves in and found... More

I had a single room and all looks very old and dusty. I was affraid to put my clothes in the closet and there were some old and empty bottles of wine in it. The house cleaners just do the room in the morning and as I was still sleeping the room have not been done during all the day.... More

The hotel is ideally placed for the Festspielhaus. The room was spacious but not well furnished, completely lacking in any sort of charm and noisy from traffic. The curtains did a bad job at keeping out the light. The bed was so hard and lumpy that we did not stay for the second night we had planned. Breakfast OK.Staff helpful.

The parking space is limited to five cars. Therefore be prepared to park opposite at the public parking of the Festspielhaus for € 10/day. Our room was spacious, including a balcony to the main street. The windows seemed not to be soundproofed, neither the door to the corridor. In addition it shuttered with everybody opening or closing a door to... More

I spent two nights at this hotel. The room was a spacious quiet deluxe double, but I did wonder about the "deluxe". The mattress was apparently new, but too hard for me and the duvet not very comfy. Breakfast was good and as it was in July you could sit on the terrasse and have breakfast with the view to... More

This is a lovely down to earth place in the midst of all the must see places in Baden Baden. The staff were extremely helpful and the no frills free breakfast was good.

This is an okay hotel for a weekend, decent location within walking distance of everything Baden-Baden (there are other, more central hotels though). The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful and recommended some good restaurants and bars. The rooms, although clean, were a little basic - cheap furniture and fittings and no air conditioning. The bathroom was TINY! But it's... More
