Beautiful room, and very comfortable bed. Bathroom door has some slits that are see-through, so ensure you're travelling with someone with whom you're comfortable. The dining experience was one of the best I've ever experienced! Fabulous menu, not on the cheap side, but definitely worth an indulgent experience. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Lovely little leaving gift of... More

What a disappointing experience! We got a flyer during our stay in a 5-star hotel in Baden-Baden advertising the restaurant as an unforgettable dining experience in a castle like environment. We made a reservation two days in advance. While the surrounding area had stunning views, in the restaurant we were placed in a poorly decorated room with the blocked outside... More

Perfect clean room.Large bathroom in nice house in the castle yard in the middle of the vinyards... We slept with wide open windows in the middle of very nice nature. The restaurant is just perfect. Smiles of the personnel would add value to the experience.

Was recommended this restaurant by our hotel. The setting is beautiful in a lovely building which backs onto vineyards, stunning colours. The dinning room was small with only about 7/8 tables, but I think there are other sections. The lady serving us was very efficient, not many smiles, but that's fine. The food delicious, carefully presented on the plate. I... More

You stay in a perfect appartment, brand new, with Spabath and very comfortable beds. But if you have more than a small luggage, there are some problems with roomplace. An other thing: the walls are thin, and so you have some noise from other people. But the restaurant is first class. In a little castle between vineyards you can eat... More

Rottele's Residenz is a family-runned hotel.Approximately 15mins drive from Baden-Baden. The wife looks after the hotel and the husband is the chef. We had breakfast and dinner there. Food was good but not exceptional while pricing is on the higher end. They served the wine from their own vineyard. Service was good. Rooms are big and clean though we stayed... More

We just spent a weekend at Roetteles and left with mixed feelings. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and both experiences were excellent. Food was delicious, selection of wines was good although somewhat pricy, service was very friendly and attentive yet unobtrusive. Only the level of noise in the main restaurant due to family celebrations was a bit disturbing.... More

We have travel at least once a year to Germany and have stayed in many upscale as well as budget friendly hotels. Without a doubt, Rottele's Restaurant & Residenz has offered the best value all around, not to mention a perfect surrounding. The property, set against a famous vineyard, consists of a castle like structure of around 150 years old... More

On our way to the south we have spent the night at Rottele. We were welcomed very friendly and the friendliness continued. However the way this hotel is decorated takes my breath away. What could be spoiled was ruined. So very much a mixed blessing that we shared with no other guests. The food was ok but certainly not as... More

We loved the beautiful location, the clean room with great view on te castle and the vineyards. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and a luxurious breakfast. Great value for money. Helpfull and friendly staff. No extra charge for ironing of a dress. On the resort there also is a shop where they sell the local wines. Delicious... More
