We stayed at the exclusive wing of the hotel, which had a private entrance, private lounge, beautiful suites, private ski room and a pampering staff. Although all meals were taken in the main dining room, the private lounge had snacks throughout the day. Due to the constant heavy snow, which made skiing difficult we took advantage of the outdoor jaccuzi... More

Still staying here at the moment but couldnt help my self but to save the others from making the same mistake I and my family made. The hotel feels like its a hotel from the 1950 but in a bad way. as old as it gets. The rooms are the smallest rooms Ive ever been to. The carpets in the... More

The location of the hotel is superb, it really is a ski in / ski out hotel. You may be apprehensive about the all inclusive label. This is nothing like an English all inclusive, the food is of course prepared by a great French kitchen team and is unbelievably good. I don't think we were disappointed once. The highlight of... Despite having booked the room 6 months ago and requesting a quite room with a balcony we were put in a room just above the disco. The disco goes on until 00H30 everyday so hence no sleep until that time. We asked to be moved to a quieter room but there was no interest from anybody to help or accommodate... More

Visited during snowy conditions, spectacular. picturesque views of Alps. dreamy and so serene, like a postcard . Hard to communicate since staff didn't speakEnglish to me,, not fluent in French. Would recommend if you like club med. can take the TGV to club nearby (metro). Memorable trip. Romantic.setting

I loved the hotel and whole "Club Med" experience. I had been previously put off by all inclusive holidays however my view has definitely changed with this hotel. The meals/ snacks were delicious and we enjoyed cocktails whilst listening to a great band. We booked standard rooms which were on the small side but clean and functional. Ski school morning... This was our 4th visit to Club Med in Val D'Isere, and this year we convinced friends to come with us. The resort is getting a bit old and the rooms are small. But everything is clean and well maintained, so not something that really bothers us. Food is excellent and with drinks included in the package is excellent value.... More

This was our 3rd trip with Club Med, the other two being Val Thorens and Serre Chevalier and was the best yet. Yes the rooms are slightly smaller than some other resorts but had masses of storage space. The quality of the food was the best we have had and the shows were great fun. Skiing was superb and the... As a family, we had never skiied in Europe before but it was a life long dream of ours. When we booked this five star, resort vacation within a vacation, over nine months ago, we could not believe the value for money ( this should have been the first warning bell). I thought Club med was supposed to be luxurious,... More

Club Med is as close as you can get on dry land to being on a cruise ship as most people eat three meals a day in the resort. The food is good considering the number of people they are trying to feed. This was my worst stay with them, firstly a room above the bar, so noise no sleep... More
