I stayed in this Chalet with a great group of Friends late February 2014. I normally research extensively and read pages of Trip Advisor reviews, however as we were on a budget and I was not in charge of booking this trip, I decided to take a back seat and wing it and never read any reviews and I am... We stayed as a group of friends in chalet tuteliere. Had an amazing week skiing and partying with the chalet staff Dan, Michael and Hugo joining us a couple of times and showing us the best pubs and games! The guys couldn't do enough to help us, from booking ski lessons to recommending the best pistes to sorting out birthday... More

I do not want to say it is poor, barely average. The interior of the chalet is fitted out very cheaply. Good thing is that the shower while small worked and had plenty of hot water, the hand basin is ridiculously small and the plug did not hold the water. The waste pipes are exposed and had a plastic bag... More

Ok, it's not the most glamorous chalet in the world BUT it is clean, tidy, warm, comfortable and the service is good. DO NOT believe the bad reviews below, unless you are expecting 5* luxury and in that case pay the thousands more! The food is very good, varied and filling. The wine is good for chalet wine and there... More

Ok, so as you'll have read - this is not the best looking chalet nor is it very modern. BUT you probably aren't paying £000's for this place so set your expectations. I went with my siblings for a week and overall we had an awesome time. John and Pete (the hosts) did a great job and the food was... More

Booked a trip to this hotel in Jan 2014 with Ski France, and can safely say it is the biggest dump I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Bedrooms are tiny with very small beds squeezed in to the room, I'm only 5'6" and my feet poked over the end. Bathroom was a joke, so small you had... More

Ok so it's not the best looking chalet and our room didn't have a window, but we did not go there to spend all out time in the room so was not bothered about this. John and Michael were both brilliant chalet hosts and made us feel so welcome. Our rep luke cried off sick but to make sure our... More

We stayed in Chalet Tuteliere for a week commencing 23rd March 2013. Val d'Isere is an expensive resort, and in order for us to afford it we booked a low budget 3* Chalet, which is quite basic, our room was spacious and had a balcony, the shower was small but there was always plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink... Michael and Lucy our chalet hosts were excellent and did their personal best to make up for a fairly basic chalet and a pretty lack lustre performance from their boss and resort manager. Our Ski France transfers from the Manchester transfer were quite efficient. The Gatwick flight transfer seemed a bit convoluted and protracted though whereas ours was excellent with... More

Stayed here with a group of friends at the start of February. The Chalet hosts Lucy and JJ were very attentive and did the best they could given the state of the Chalet. Both were poorly supported by Ski France and the resort rep Lisa was uninterested. On arrival we were informed we had to take two cabin rooms. All... More
