Well the hotel is nice and in a good position. The rooms are small but fine and the sauna/steam room etc is perfect. The best bit of the whole hotel is the skiworld staff. They are lovely. Very helpful, accommodating and genuinely very nice. From the rep to the kitchen staff all are a credit to skiworld and we will... More

We have just returned from a holiday here with a group of 11 adults in the chalet. There were probably about 40 other guests, which was too many to get to know, but for us that didn't really matter. The chalet location is not near the centre of town but very close to the 2nd bus stop from the Rond... More

I just came back from a week here and was bitterly disappointed. Our twin was the smallest room imaginable, questionable food, so much so that some days I couldn't eat any of the three courses! Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, and basic amenities were lacking, such a toilet paper I had to go to reception to get... More

I have just come back from a week staying in the lodge as part of a large group and had an amazing time. The staff in particular made it - nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling (especially impressive as it is pretty late on in the season and they must be tired by now). The food... Stayed at the Lodge with Ski World, fully catered package deal. Made things so easy. Just don't beieve the transfer times on the Ski World website. It was just over 5 hours both ways. The Lodge itself is in a decent location, just a few mins to the bus stop and two stops from the centre of town. Staff are... More

A great chalet hotel that offered comfortable rooms, good quality an well proportioned meals with excellent service from the resteraunt staff with a jolly atmosphere. There is a comfortable and convivial bar area and the location offers easy access to bus service serving all lift access areas. I would certainly go again.

The Ski Lodge is a great budget skiing hotel. The staff a friendly, the rooms clean and it has easy access to the mountain. It's not luxurious but then it's not expensive, at least not by Val d'Isere's standards. I would stay there again.

This was our second visit to The Lodge, having also stayed here in 2014. The Lodge is great value and provides good quality accommodation and food with easy access to the bus service for the slopes. The staff are very good, albeit appalling paid, and a number return year after year. Unfortunately the food whilst very good was not reflective... More

We have just stayed at the Lodge with a large group and had a really good time. Food was good with choices for all three courses, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Room wasn't huge but have stayed in smaller on ski hols. Clean and comfortable.

I stayed at the lodge for a week at the end of jan with a couple and a friend all aged 27-33. If it wasn't for the staff I wouldn't return personally just because the age range for the rest of the guests seemed with much older or were couples. We wanted to drink, sleep and ride powder. Rooms..... As... More
