I stay in MANY hotels all the time for business but it's just SO refreshing to find a little family hotel, cosy and run by family members! In lovely Val D'Isere we found the Hotel la Savoyarde last year and had a good stay. So we arrived this time without any booking in Val D'Isere (that's another tale) and made... More

It is central location, right opposite underground car park. Room was ample.... en-suite was ok, would prefer shower to be fixed rather than just hand held... Spa is nice but really small, We used the Spa every apres ski to basically use the showers as no shower in room.... they don't seem to check soap supplies.. as the bottle was... More

Great - very central location. Close to village and slopes. All in walking distance. Restaurant surprises for the standard. Breakfast with ample choice. Dinner well served, menu reasonably priced. Armando - the maitre at the restaurant - is excellent. Very good service. Regular - small spa and jacuzzi. Cosy but too small for the size of the hotel. Crowded. Ski... More

We stayed for three days and he had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful with the best view to the mountain. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect if you want to practice ski or walk a little bit around. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel couldn't be closer to the ski lifts and the town centre, the hotel was really homely and cosy with the owner even taking the time to chat and ensure that things were in order. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the food was again very good. I would definitely stay again and actually choose the hotel... More

Just back from staying here. We had a family room and stayed for a week. The hotel has a very nice relaxed atmosphere and the bar/restaurant areas are cosy and welcoming. The staff are warm and child friendly (they happily put up with our children trying out their french on them). All facilities of a good standard. Good value for... More

Arriving at the La Savoyarde was like walking into the warmest friendliest and the cosiest environment after a long transfer journey from Chamberay to Val D'Isere. The location is perfect just opposite the cutest outdoor ice rink, with no noise, and on a street that is located perfectly for a 5 great apres ski bars. The food in the hotel... More

The most difficult part of La Savoyarde family run hotel was leaving. The staff were not only helpful and friendly but made us feel a part of their family. We left some of the best memories and also new friends at this 3 star rated hotel which actually is more like a 4 star. It actually over delivered it's promises...We... More

We stayed as a family in Feb´13 for a week, and were really charmed by this typical Savoyard chalet. Don't except a 5* hotel, because this is not what this is, but be prepared to be conquered by the true warmth of this place and the authentic kindness of its people. First, the staff is always friendly and helpful and... More
