This aparthotel used to be called Citéa Lyon, and after Accor bought the chain it became the Adagio Access Lyon Mermoz. I hope that this will mean some refurbishment because it's crying out for that. It looks like a hotel of days gone by, with metal keys for the doors, pitch dark corridors until you find the switch, really old... More

Dirty, poorly maintained hotel far away from the center of Lyon. Uncomfortable bed that sagged in the middle. Poorly lit rooms with ZERO attention to detail - hair in the bathroom, dust on all the furniture, stains on the carpet...the list goes on. More

Great room with huge walk-in shower. Restaurant is very good, and the breakfast bar is the best and most varied I've ever seen. Wine is expensive. Some in our group wanted to go outside in the wee hours to smoke, but the premises are patrolled by guards and dogs so they weren't able to leave. More

Rooms are small and dark, the facilities are inadequate. There is nothing nearby (eg bakery, supermarket 10-15 minutes walk) and even the public transport is a long way away (metro 15-20, tram 10-15 walking), then takes ages to get to the centre or anywhere else interesting. A dodgy looking restaurant underneath, but otherwise nothing around. More

This hotel was for us a proof that it is possible for a family of 2 adults and a child 7 years old to stay in an apartment of 2 rooms, with well equiped kitchen, good air conditioning independent for each room, very nice bathroom and an underground garage with only 81 euro/day!!! After the experience we had with a... More

The Citea Lyon is a quiet, safe and clean hotel. It is good value for your money. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. It is in a busy neighbourhood with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket neighby and has easy access to Centre Ville via bus and tram. This hotel is located approximately 3 km from both Gare Perrache and... More
