We had a nice, clean, small room with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious and we were given soap, shampoo and towels. It was great value for money and the reception staff were friendly.

It is supposed to be close to the station (10 min walk - although bus line 13 takes you there - stop in front of the hotel). There are two types of flats: refurbished and old ones. I got upgraded, so I don't know about the old ones. The new ones are noisy. The bed is next to the room's... More

Facilities were good- nice room, modern bathroom and hard floors. While it was close to the station it was a fair hike to the main tourist sites. We checked in on a sunday as per our booking, but despite a number of emails to the company before the Sunday we were still left stranded outside the building while our booking... More

This is the second appart'city I have stayed in Lyon, the first being on Rue de l'Abondance. I was working in Lyon for the summer, so my company booked this self contained appartment for me. The recently refurbished the room was clean tidy and ideal for one person. It did become a little crowded when 2 of us were in... More

We stayed here because this apartment is nearer to the train station than our preferred choice & pricing. Still, it's quite a walk for us as it's at one end of Villette. At the end of Villette before crossing the junction to the apartment is a mini-supermarket where you can get fresh produce if you wish to cook. If you... More

Bed Sit land of an apartment. Needs a health warning....1) The A/C (of a sort) is completely ineffective, 2) The balcony railing is ideal climbing height for children and so ends up being out of bounds, 3) The stairs are close to being better described as a ladder. We stayed as a family of 5 enticed by prospect of all... More

This place was booked for me by a company - why they chose this over a normal hotel beats me. Firstly this is really a self service appartement and not a hotel in the normal sense. I had to check in here late and of you do need to make sure you are organised as you'll need a code to... More

Stayed here 2 nights during the light festival in 2011. Had to choose this place due to late booking. The description was a studio unit. Bed was a some sort of European day bed - 2 platforms with seperate 3" foam mattress pushed together. Not enough plugs to use TV and table at same time. Noisy - next to the... More

We booked the room online for two nights to explore the area before going to Paris. A few days before we arrived, I received an e-mail detailing when the reception was open and what time it was closed so that I could make arrangements with them in case we arrive late at night. A friendly reminder from the property. The... More

Avoid Room B005 Shortly after arriving we realized that the unpleasant smell in the room arose, not from the fact that the room had been un-aired, but because there was a leak from the pipe box in the bathroom wall and water was running out soaking the carpet, and had been, judging from the smell, for some considerable time. By... More
