I stayed here for one night with my family while traveling through France and this was really the low point of a 3 week vacation. The only good thing about this hotel is the view which is breathtaking. But you almost can't enjoy it out of terror that the whole building is gonna collapse... Now I'm not afraid of heights,... more

The hotel building is amazing, and the interiors are very nice. The room was big and confortable, and the staff was normally nice. The breakfast was poor, and to take 2 elevators to reach there was not very "handy". But the overall quality/price ratio was good. more

Bad from the start. Everything in this hotel shakes and rattles from the elevator to the rooms. Do not stay in this filthy dump. more

A mixed bag here. Remember this is not a cheap hotel. Ok pluses first. Yes it is the tallest hotel in Europe so the views out of your room are special. Neutrals-There is nothing wrong with the rooms. Just a little on the small side. It is hard to find by foot BUT there is a tram stop directly outside... more

I've just come back from Lyon, where I stayed at the Radisson SAS, a total of 2 nights. It was a buisness trip, so it wasn't my own choice and didn't pay for the accommodation. Anyway, if I were to pay around 300 euros per night for a hotel room I would probably look elsewhere... Depending on what's the purpose... more

I stayed there for a business trip and I really liked it. The lady at the reception was German and the service was very good. The room was very nice, modern, spacious and clean, very nice bathroom with lots of good smelling spa articles. Nice view over Lyon from the window. The breakfast was okay. It´s a little bit farer... more

I stayed in the Radisson SAS with my partner, who was working. The hotel is the tallest hotel in europe, and can be seen from almost anywhere in the city, and is also well known to everyone if you get lost! The reception staff are pleasant, and the porter staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the... more

The hotel was not my first choice but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and nice. The shopping center next door and access to the train station were excellent. It is a 15 minute walk to the center of town and Old Lyon, my only word of caution. However, it is... more

This hotel has about 10 floors at the top of the Credit Lyon building. You're in the center of the commercial portion of Lyon, so if you are here on business or traveling via train this is a great spot for you. However if you are looking to walk around old town Lyon, try a different spot. We arrived around... more
