Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, location was pretty good. Admitedly I got a good deal through 'Flybe.com' but I would have to say it was excellent value. Breakfast was continental (Bread, Cheese, Jam etc) My only critisism would be the shower was not fixed to the wall. I would definatly recomend this hotel if you can get a good... more

Arrived at hotel 2.00pm: told room would not be available until 5pm because we had only booked a room through airmiles and we were getting the cheapest! We stayed at the best western for three nights. We were happy with our decision. It is close to everything you need, shopping, old town, restaurants.....we were only unhappy with two minor things. One was the price of using the internet, even though I had my own computer, and two, figuring out where our room was. The staff was nice... more

A small hotel right in the centre of Lyon, close to all the restaurants and shops. Friendly staff helped make for a pleasant stay. A perfectly adequate and confortable hotel. Didn't use the restaurant, so can't give any view on that. more
