I guess this hotel has seen better days. A bit worn out. The room and even the bathroom had some strange kind of carpet-like floor. Little to choose from at the breakfast "buffet". 10 minutes walk to the old city of Lyon. But the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. So the sleep was good

Overall this room was average. The furniture was a bit oldfashioned and worn out. My room was quite small with just enough space to walk around the bed. The stafety deposit box was broken and I only got 1 bottle of complementary water (no refill). In the room it was very warm, even when I turned of the heating so... More

The staff was pleasant and most helpful But the pictures on their website are for the suites (3 of them) not the other rooms. They are small. The WiFi is SO SLOW that I had to use the hotel clerk's computer to download material. And the public computer in the lobby has Word2003 (seriously). The price is okay; the hotel... More

Stayed at the hotel with my husband during a weekend in July 2014. We found the hotel perfect for us; price 84 € per night, garage parking for our car, clean room and the area in the city center around the hotel was nice and calm. Helpful staff. I don't drink coffee in the morning so I asked for a... More

Looking forward to relax between meetings I arrived in the 4 star hotel I've booked. Deception!!! This is may be a four star regarding the room prices but not regarding the comfort. In the bathroom which is compared to the room of a good size, there is nothing except a little soap and a body/hair-shampoo all in one. No body... More

The bathroom was actually larger than the sleeping room! There were no chairs or tables in the room so we had to eat our croissants on the bed. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked fine. The hotel's location is great for seeing the city and has many good restaurants and other services nearby.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay in the beautiful city of Lyon. We picked this hotel for a combination of location and price, but after reading the reviews on here I was not expecting too much. Whilst I agree the rooms aren’t large it had everything we required and was immaculately clean. The separate toilet and shower... More

This hotel was easy to reach from the Part Dieu Railway station by walking. The hotel is an easy base for walking into the city. The rooms are small but neat. People at the reception are doing the utmost to help you in finding interesting places in town.

Good room (stayed in basic one, but probably worth upgrading to get bigger less stuffy room). As Lyon is incredibly hot in the summer you need decent aircon unless used to that weather, and the aircon wasn't very good. Room still warm and stuffy. Would have been fine in cooler months though. Staff very helpful.

Excellent location and near many shops and attractions. Very good price and b'fast included with free wi-fI. Nice garden and very quiet for a central location. Mini bar prices quite steep but staff helpful to tell you of good bars and local shops.
