This was convenient for the Lyon Part Dieu train station which was our entry and departure point in Lyon. It was fairly basic but clean and the rooms were a good size. The staff were helpful, the kitchenette was fine for a 2 night stay. We were able to do our laundry which was great after 10 hectic days of... More

What a dump! Arrived late in the day and found no coffee nor coffeefilters. Just a coffeemaker. No kettle. How is one supposed to travel internationally with a kettle and filters in case you have booked a room with a "kitchenette"? Arrived tired back from sightseeing near five o'clock the next day and there had been no room service. There... More

The reception staff were rude on our arrival. We walked into the room and it stank! The room was disgusting and filthy, no hair dryer, no kettle, no dustpan and brush, no dishwasher as stated on our booking... There was pubic hair on the bed, the air con wasn't working properly. Very very poor... Will never come here again!

The hotel is located about 200 meters or 5 minutes from the Lyon Part Dieu train station and about 30 minutes to the city centre. You may drop by the largest shopping mall here on your way to the city. I don't really have much comment about the room for the price. Clean room with decent size, that's all we... More

We booked the apart hotel for my husband to work in Lyon and took our 2 kids with us. The accomodation was comfortable and fitted the children easily on the sofa bed, with a nice japanese style divide so kids/parents had a separation if needed. However, the restaurant was closed so we had a long walk to find some food... More

The hotel is very clean, organized, good size of the room. It is very close to the Gare Part Dieu, and to the trains and metro. But a little far from Vieux Lyon. I think it's a great option if you are going to stay 1 night and you have to pick a train at the Gare.

the hotel was well situated for a stroll into the city centre. there was plenty of secure indoor parking available, which was easily accessed via a lift from each floor within the hotel. The hotel is close to Gare Part Dieu which is great. However, it is quite a way from the Centre Ville and we were a bit disappointed with our first impression of Lyon and felt isolated. However, once we worked out the Metro and buses, the location was fine. The room was reasonably spacious although much space is taken up... More

La gastronomie of France. We decided to visit and taste. The flight, hotel booking, sightseeing tour, airport shuttle, all were done through the internet. Everything worked without any glitches, at least in our case. The airport shuttle leaves on time folks, don't be late. We arrived at the Main Terminal in Lyon called Gare Part-Dieu, Vivier-Merle, a seven minute walk... More
