This was our second stay in this hotel. It is in a great location for exploring the city and the air conditioned room was very comfortable. The lack of a mini fridge in the room is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. There is a attractive bar adjacent to the Reception Desk and staff are very helpful. There... More

Perfectly located in the city center on a quiet street, this was a charming and most enjoyable hotel. I visited Lyon with friends, and we were able to walk virtually every place we wanted to go from the hotel. Rooms are well-appointed, elegantly furnished, and well-maintained, staff was helpful, and the little downstairs bar is welcoming. The (somewhat ironically-named, as... More

My wife and I spent a number of nights here. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the location excellent for our purposes. We would certainly look at staying there again if we were in Lyon. Highly recommended.

A charming French hotel with great location. We had breakfast a couple of days and felt it was satisfactory. After the breakfast is finished, you ca walk right through to their pools in caves UNDER the hotel. They were small but interesting twist to a hotel pool. Elevator extremely small and not always convient. Staff very friendly and helpful each... More

I was in Lyon for business. And this small hotel, with lovely small pool were excellent choice for me. Breakfast is ok, room is small, but functional. Helpful staff. Location is great, near to everything.

On arrival there were no porters or other staff to meet us and help with our luggage. The reception staff and all other staff were always very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Our room, a "confort - balcon" with queensize bed, was a reasonable size, clean and well maintained. Only english TV with the usual news channels. However, no tea or... More

We requested a rear room based on other reviewers on TA. Small tasteful foyer ,helpful staff, cute very small elevator, superbly comfortable if compact room. Perfectly clean and well maintainted throughout. We have no hesitation recommending this for holidaying couples ,young or old. Very nice and generous breakfast. Very close to public transport and excellent restaurants.

This is a historic property that has been renovated into a luxurious hotel. There is a funny pool down on the first floor that we very much enjoyed swimming in, a comfy bar and coffee area out front, and evidently a breakfast spread too— but we never got up early enough for that. The beds were soooo comfy we slept... More

We arrived to find we were upgraded to a beautiful roomie room. I have no idea what the regular rooms look like but one quick peak showed a smaller room than ours. First the staff is sweet, knowledgable and very helpful. Adrea (hope I spelled this correctly) and her colleague (great young gentleman) greeted us sweetly and with excitement. They... More
