What a horrible place with its dismal room and leaking sink. It almost put me off using any Best Western Hotel. Clean but so plain and ugly I really wanted to cry, and the room was cold. I will never stay there again. This is barely a two star hotel, hated it.

The location is amazing. Next to the train station, Rue(Street) victor Hugo (shopping street) right next door. If you are a walker you can walk to old Lyon no problem and very easy to get around. staff helpful, location great for seeing the city, breakfast great, the only downside was that the hotel does not have air-conditioning so it could be uncomfortable in the hot summer.

Feels cheap, shower water tube was out of the order - so in the morning even part of the bedrooms floor carpet was under water! From Best Western Hotel expecting at least one English news TV channel.
