We stayed here one night to break up our trip from the south of France back to Luxembourg. We used vouchers from our Hilton Honors to stay and had two very nice rooms facing the river. The executive lounge has a nice view of the river and is nicely decorated. We didn't venture out due to the weather and resting... More

Expensive rooms for what is nothing more than a standard business hotel and annoyingly overcharging in details. 20 euro per day for wifi in the room, 7 euro for a bottle of water in the room. Details that make a difference. I would not come back again

We stayed here on points while driving between Loire Valley and Provence. While I can't disagree with the criticisms in some of the other posts, it was a great stay for us. Check in was smooth, staff very friendly. The sculptures around the hotel were cool. Directions to the bus to get to local fare for dinner made for an... More

I visit a lot of Hilton hotels worldwide and this is one of the best run properties I have stayed at. Located with front of the hotel overlooking the Rhone river and the back facing a wooded park very nice views from the outside facing rooms. Rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. as expected from a top Hilton... More

a nice enough hilton, very large and sterile.... booked on points i turned down a windowless suite for a large room w/ windows.... turned out my window had the hilton sign directly outside which was lit all night... an art exhibition was within the complex which was convenient, otherwise needed to tram or taxi to the historic area...

I dropped during my stay from Diamond to Blue status. The drop required a move from a junior suite to a regular room and loss of free internet. I will instruct my staff to prefer Marriott for future reservations as I have not had the issues with their rewards program.

Very nice place. Bathroom is huge and clean and new. Nevertheless, my experience was not very pleasant. When I turned on the air conditioning an awful smell came out. My room was cleaned and ventilated. When I returned, the smell was gone and my stay was very good. Attention and service was very good.

Just an ordinary Hilton, but its location in front of the extraordinary park of Lyon makes it much better. The buffet breakfast has a small selection of food considering the expensive prize. I'd suggest to skip it. In general, I'd definitely suggest this hotel.

Nice hotel. Exec lounge great. Staff nice. Breakfast fantastic. The Thai restaurant the Blue Elephant is so slow it is painful. In fact I got up and walked out after 40 mins. So stay here but do not eat here, unless you go for the early bird special and beat the other people to the place.

Hilton, Lyon provided great service from English speaking clerks. The lobby and surrounding area were clean and attractive. I would recommend staying at this hotel when in Lyon. I was not able to try the restaurants due to my schedule.
