This hotel is super close to the shopping mall and train station only 5 mins walk. I went to this hotel with my boyfriend in August it was my first time in LYON the weather was not so great rainy in the day and very hot at night. We stayed there for one night, the room is very small and... More

The ibis is near to the railwaysstation an therefore convenient for travellers. We took this one because the novotel ( also near the station) was asking hypergalactic pricing. The hotel is ok, the rooms, including the bath room are relatively small, but they are clean and the service was very friendly.

Arrived at about 23h30 and proceeded to unpack after which we thought it would be good to have a relaxing night-cap (we had seen that the posters claiming the bar was open 24/7). We were somewhat surprised to discover that the sale of alcohol stops after 24h00. This is certainly not the impression given by the notices around the hotel.... More

The rooms are miniscule, the bathroom door opens into the suitcase stand. The bathroom is very compact. The wardrobe spare is tiny with no real spare for folded clothes. There is no supplied drinking water but to buy it in the reception is a whooping €4.50, I'm all for making profit but this is way beyond that.

5 minutes walk from station and 10 minutes into town. Clean and tidy inside. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms very small and no in room kettle - is this a change for the worse with IBIS's rebranding. Breakfast OK, but no eggs. Recommended on the basis of the value for money for a basic lace to sleep - Euro 125... More

Very close to the mall! It's like a 10-minute walk! The restaurant serves really good food. We ate at 9pm and it was packed! Rooms were small but clean. Consistent with iBis standards. Will stay here again next time.

Located very near to Lyon Gare, nice modern lobby, comfort room. The receptionist is not friendly at all, but its Ibis we don't expect much. Dont mistake with other Ibis near the gare, there are two right behind the gare. Exit from a door that pass by Novotel and keep walking straight for 10mins. Overall is good budget hotel for... More

Recommended budget hotel five minutes walk to the Gare in Lyon. Hotel very clean, good WiFi, comfy bed and good breakfast. Good selection in the restaurant and although they don't offer room service, you can collect and bring to your room.
