the room was badly stenched with cigarette smoke. The shock was to discover a ashtray in the toilet filled with cigarette ash still there upon our check in. Very VERY dissapointed. I was under the impression the hotel has a no-smoking policy but then again - i might be wrong.

Ibis is good quality, but only good value on weekends when they reduce their rates close to TGV rail station Lyon Part Dieu, but a 20 minute or more walk into the heart of the city, so better for business
