Well located with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Vieux Lyon. Area is pedestrianised so no traffic noise. Reception was being refurbished so a little chaotic but rooms were well equipped, though WiFi was slow and took a while for reception to set up. Temporary breakfast room suffered from shortages of food and cutlery but maybe this... More

It was large room for myself to recharge from a long week of non-stop meetings. The bed & pillow was very very comfortable, with both heaters functioning well. Like all other Citadines, kitchen was fully functioning to cook for a decent meal. Best of all the location is great if you want to drop your shopping bags for more shopping... More

Difficult to reach by car but once you're checked in, it's all about the location. This is a blessing because there is not a lot making you want to stay in your room longer than necessary. The room is uninviting, the bathroom uncomfortable with a shower with very insufficient pressure and don't get me started on the breakfast (room).

I should, first of all, say that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations during our stay. It was noisy, inconvenient at times and a bit of an obstacle course negotiating our way to the room. None of this was the fault of the hotel or the staff. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was small, clean... More

This hotel is well situated to walk to the old town or to catch the funicular railway to the Cathedral and Roman Ruins. The hotel is still being refurbished and will only be better for it. The room we had was large but it felt a bit basic. Perhaps enlivening the rooms with a few pictures/ photos/ colour would bring... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Room spacious, warm and clean, huge bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Looks like the apartments have been refurbished very recently. There's a safe, ironing board, extra blankets and pillows No noise from the street below at night. Reception staff very helpful, booking restaurants for us and giving directions. We had breakfast elsewhere for a similar price... More

Stayed for a week over New Years. Had a 1 bedroom apartment for a family of 4. Apartment was newly renovated, comfortable, warm, and contained everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee machine in lobby. Amazing location in heart of old Lyon. Restaurants right outside the front door, and easy walk or metro ride to most attractions/sites.... More

We stayed here for two nights. Location is excellent! Hotel is safe, not very modern but for the price is correct. Rooms were clean, elevator needs renovation, the rooms are well equiped. We stayed in a deluxe studio which had fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Water pressure of room 503 is disgraceful. It really needs to be improved. Strength of... More

good central location - biggest issue is finding the hotel in a car! ensure you get the person behind the desk to take 30 seconds to physically show you where the car park is, it is literally around the corner, but to find in the car using the map they provide is borderline impossible. (it took us over 1 hour... More

This property is in an excellent location. The room was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The female receptionist on Sunday spoke neither French nor English. She was loud, arrogant, and had little to offer in terms of information about the surroudings. Coffee in the lobby was offered free of... More
