We enjoyed staying here. The location, in our opinion, doesn't get better than this! This is within walking distance to everything. Our room was super clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was large, very clean and laid out well. My husband booked a "privilege room". While I don't know exactly... More

I think this is my fifth different Mercure hotel I have stayed in. The first room they put us in was on a floor that is in the process of being renovated. The gas-off from either the paint or new carpet was too much for my wife. Back to the front desk and they quickly got us another room without... More

We chose this hotel for a weekend trip to Lyon. Its location is just perfect! You can walk to most of the sights - metro and bus stops are also nearby. They are currently renovating the hotel, but we hardly heard any noise. Our newly refurbished room was very nice and clean! Quite small, but perfect for a weekend. The... More

If you want to enjoy Lyon, this is the perfect spot. Walking distance to the old town, new part, two metro stations just minutes away, good shopping, nice bars and good restaurants near by. This is my "home" in Lyon. Hotel staff are nice and friendly, room a bit small, but ok, clean and the bed good. I enjoy the... More

We stayed here for a week on a recent business trip. The rooms are small but adequate, and all you need for sleeping. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to the old town and very nearby shopping. The front desk staff were wonderful. Whether I was tired after a long day and needed a quick meal, or a... More

The hotel was not really worth the price we paid for the room. A bit run down and in need of renovation. The location on the other hand is absolutely perfect and that is why we chose it. Within walking distance of everything we needed and with parking just around the corner.

My job calls mostly for day trips to Lyon, with the occasional overnight stay. For a single night I am not overly demanding, and usually book one of the Accor hotels. In fact, I have made it a personal challenge to get to know them all, from the shabby to the sophisticated. On my recent stay in Lyon I was... More

run down and it is a pity as the location is great! It must have been a very good hotel about ten years ago. Today it needs maintenance. Affordable for a business trip, not up to standards for pleasurable weekend.
