I have chosen this hotel because of its localization. It is in front of the mountains and very close to the city center and the La Bastille. The two only things I did not like were: (i) one receptionist was not very kind; (ii) clean staff tried to enter my room without knocking at the door twice. Concerning the receptionists,... More

Stayed one night in Oct 2014. Folks were helpful and room was small and functional. Cold Breakfast was sufficient but basic. Our taxi took 30+ minutes to arrive, that was the only dampner. It was opposite the Bastille and cable car.

Travelling through France chose this Ibis for one night at Grenoble. Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. Secure car parking at the rear - free. The hotel appears to be only a little above the Etap standard - adequate, but not what one would expect from an Ibis. Perhaps the standards have been changed - but we also stopped... More

A stopover on the mountain drive from Nice to Chalon-sur-Saône. It proved to be an excellent choice with generous room and bathroom facilities. A very friendly lady on the evening reception and excellent advice from the manager on a place to eat, added to the pleasure. Restaurants were within a comfortable walking distance. The continental breakfast was adequate with nice... More

We arrived at midnight and we were asked to pay before entering the room. The CEO was there but had no courage to ask to customer to pay at 1h in the night before sleeping. I think it´s horrible for a customer who want to sleep to be obliged to do a kind of checking out before the real one.... More
