We have just returned from a week at the Chanrossa. Our flight from Bristol did not arrive until late evening but it was no trouble for the staff to put a hot meal back for us. This was our second visit to Chanrossa Hotel and we will never go back again. I don't think the sheets had been cleaned from the previous year - probably why they use brown sheets so it doesn't show up. The Hotel is a pretty good facility, nice location, spacious. However, the business is clearly having problems and I think laid off about 7 staff in the week we were there.
