Basic facilities but clean with friendly staff & in a good location for the slopes & shops.

as they said they were closing as there was said to be a lack of snow. We booked months before and were attending a social event that didn't rely on snow. So we had to rebook, at the last minute, at greater expense , elsewhere....so its a 0/10 for customer service, be warned.
