Well done to Ski Total staff for a superb week, the last of the season but nothing slipped and this is a lovely hotel made even better by the helpful and friendly team and great food all week. We enjoyed excellent company from the other guests and liked the fact that we sat with different people during the week. Will... More

We were hopeful the Coq de Bruyere would not disappoint in regards to previous reviews and it most certainly didn't. This was our first stay in a Chalet Hotel. Location was excellent, food superb (thanks Sven), by far it's greatest asset is the staff who all went the extra mile and made customer service their top priority. We had one... More

The location is amazing, it takes seconds to walk to the slopes! The chalet needs some serious work, it is run down and does not look clean and the rooms are TINY, the communal living area is very small too and is not large enough to accommodate all of the groups that are staying there, needs some serious work done... Had an amazing time at this chalet. From the incredible food to the perfect location a minute from the ski lifts, I can't think of a single criticism. The standards were really high. Friendly, fun and professional, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The chalet itself is really cosy, with a lovely little bar and... More

I run the risk of repeating many previous reviews, but although the location is great to get onto the snow and ok,the hotel itself is a bit dated, what made this one of the best ski trips in 17 years was the attitude and application of all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a... More

Our third visit in 5 years, perfect position, good food and staff this year were terrific, some rooms are on the small side but we've had far worse, overall for courcheval 1850 excellent value for money

We are just finishing a lovely skiing holiday at this hotel. The team have been great, friendly, attentive, fun and the food has been excellent. Our only negative comment is that our mattress needs to be changed, there was not much that could be done during our visit but I am confident they will sort as soon as they can.... More

Having had a fabulous skiing holiday in 2014 with Ski Total at The Coq de Bruyere Courchevel, we decided to bite the bullet and try our luck with a return visit in 2015. We booked the same room No 56. We were well aware that the staff are rotated from season to season hence we were unsure what to expect.... More

The starting premise for any booking in France should be the star rating. This is a three star rated chalet hotel run by Ski Total, and comfortably achieves that rating. It is reasonably priced in a high price resort, evening meals with wine are included, where eating out would easily top a 100 euros per night. The staff were attentive... More
