My fourth time at cascades and really enjoyable as ever. The chalet remains the same but the staff change every year and they have their own way of doing things slightly differently. The food was as good as ever but with a large group of people the noise levels in the dining room were very high. The wine was of... More

Upon arrival great confusion with rooms, with us ending up in a room on the second floor at the front of the hotel. This room would be ideal for two hamsters but for two adults it was unacceptable, with limited storage,a wardrobe that could only be open once bathroom door was closed (and hangers wouldn't fit within it anyway) and two single... We have just spent a week at the Chalet (hotel) Cascades in Courchevel 1650. This was our fourth stay at the chalet but regrettably our worst. The Chalet is run exclusively by Ski Total during the winter. When we first came here 2 years ago the service was awesome and the chalet richly deserved its upgrade from 3* plus to... More

We’re very sorry that you felt let down by the quality of our service on this occasion at the Cascades. As you are no doubt aware, chalet staff can change each season, but this is no excuse if our loyal guests are disappointed, so we can assure you that we are not complacent and will continue to work hard to... Our first time ing Courchevel and I don't think we could have picked better! We booked well in advance and had a couple of valley facing rooms which they were clean, well presented and functional. In fact, the beds were the most comfortable I've slept in, in Europe, for a long time! The staff, though all young, were first rate:... More

We stayed at the Cascades during the last week of the season (6th-13th April) and could not fault the ski total team. The service at check in was professional and the food during the week was perfect in quantity and quality. He room we had was perfect in size and amenities and the cleaning was regular and proficient. Each evening... More

This was my third time at Cascades with friends. We can't recommend it enough. It gets better every year. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. The chalet is large but feels quite cosy. It's always clean and tidy, feels very safe and the chef does a top job with the cakes for afternoon tea. Already looking to... More

We have just spent a week at Chalet Cascade in Courchevel 1650 (Moriond). And the Chalet is in an almost ideal location, it has obviously had a recent internal refit which makes it feel like a small personal chalet and its staff make it feel very welcoming. The location is amazing, you are directly opposite the escalator that takes you... More

We went to cascades over New Year. Found it to be in very good location opposite escalator to lifts and nr bus stop. Bedroom and wetroom at rear of chalet were very clean and much bigger than others we have previously used. Staff were very good and looked after us. Total Ski have a team there they should be proud... More

Without doubt a great location, literally opposite the escalator to the lifts at 1650, but bear in mind if you want to ski at 1850 it's just as easy and probably quicker to hop on the bus than ski across. The rooms at the back have a fabulous view and are traditionally basic but much, much larger than I have... More
