Just back from a 3 night stay here. Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, well equipped, clean and fresh. It was absolutely perfect for us. We arrived late from the airport and they kept the restaurant open for us arriving. The food was outstanding! The couple who run the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Lovely... More

When we first arrived, we were greeted friendly, but this seemed to be just a front. Everytime we tried to contact the staff, we expected to be understood, but everytime, either if we ordered something in french or english, they arrived with something different than what we wanted. The so-called free wi-fi did not work, even though it was free.... More

Traveling with my wife and 2 teenage children this was our first trip to the Alps and this little Hotel did not disappoint over our 4 night stay. The restaurant would have to have the best Chef in Chamonix as the food was 5 star. We stayed over what is traditionally a quiet time (early January) so the owners had... More

Bit of a chaotic start due to arriving early. Some rooms are small but provide all you would expect including free wi-fi(rather slow connection). Beds a little firm. You can book a well cooked supper, and the bar/lounge is comfortable. Easily accessible ski room, and a short walk to Flegere ski lift. Bus and train stop round the corner. Some... More

Comfortable & quiet Hotel in the perfect location in our opinion. Located 2 minutes walk from the Flegere ski lift. Convenient (free) bus stop & train just opposite the hotel. The hotel is a modernised classic alpine building, clean, tidy, warm & comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the room... Wi-fi free on all floors was from 3 different... More

Before you reserve or visit , double check the situation. The restaurant has 'gone'. It used to be great /brilliant.But new owners, using the old brand , but it is a completely different situation. Beware ! Supposedly reopening with a new chef this 2014 season , so we went based on ''restaurant open'' signs at the roadside.Walked in , the place... More

The quaint hotel is located just outside of Chamonix. A free train deposits you in Chamonix in about 5 minutes. Les Praz, where it is located, is a cute and quiet village. The hotel has amazing views, clean rooms and a nice bar for drinks or coffee. The staff answered all our questions and met all our needs. I wold... More

We had a dreadful experience here. We are a family of 4 and we chose this hotel based on reviews. It must have changed hands recently because it was terrible - the worst hotel of our holiday. When we arrived after driving 6 hours, the manager clearly did not want us to stay. Said it was a problem that we... More

I can't say enough good things about this Inn, even though its been several years since I stayed there. My husband, two kids, and I took the train into town from Paris. The Inn is very convenient to the station. When we arrived, we discovered that I'd made a mistake due to the time difference between Chamonix and California and... More

My stay at this hotel was not as expected. My friend and I were put in room number 31. It has to be the smallest room in the hotel. The heat did not work at all. Also, it took approximately 5 minutes for hot water to ever reach the faucet after turning it on. There was little or no room... More
