you may not be on the main road but you are just behind the main shopping street with all the shops and restaurants - staff couldn't have been more helpful as they let us keep our room all day so we could shower and change before catching our transfer. Also happy to check the ski reports for us and recommend... More

A group of 7 friends stayed here for 4 nights on a skiing trip. The rooms were good with balconies overlooking the town and with the mountains in the distant. Located only a short walk to town, the location was excellent for the many bar, restaurants shops and casino. Good buffet breakfast and handy bar for a pre dinner drink.... More

I checked into the hotel with my mother for a long weekend ski trip. Our general view was positive, it had a nice family run vibe and the rooms, albeit small, were clean & good value for a ski resort. We were given a few incorrect pieces of advice such as directions and the restaurant booking requirements up the mountain,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very satisfied. Very friendly staff who all speak excellent English. Located only a block from the central pedestrian streets of Chamonix. The buffet breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon and was excellent. The bar was cozy and intimate. There is a ski storage area and sauna (did not use it, there is an... More

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and found it to be very comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful with information regarding the town. It is located very centrally, an easy walk to the main area of Chamonix. There is a lift and the breakfast was very tastey. There was also a bar and lounge area.... More

The hotel is located in the centre of Chamonix by the river Arve. Rooms are fine, but not big but ok. The bed on the single room was large. Having room facing the river was nice and quiet. The walls between the rooms are not soundproof, but as long as people in the hotel knows how to behave this is... More

Tthe service was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a more personal or friendly place to stay. All staff members knew who we were, our room number and we're always very helpful when we were stuck. The location was brilliant, 5minutes from the bus and a few 100m to the town centre I would happily stay in this hotel... More

After Booking.com cancelled our accommodation for 8 of us in Les Gets 10 days before arrival 4 of us booked this Hotel. We were pleased to get the accommodation and found it comfortable and quiet with our room overlooking the river towards a communal square. The Conciege's very helpful restaurant recommendations added enormously to the enjoyment of our stay. The... More

Had a short ski trip with a twelve year old son. I would have overlooked the fact that the hotel was doing opening season maintenance even though accommodating us as paying guests. However I couldn't overlook that they have a misbehaved dog that has a free reign throughout the hotel. My son tried to befriend, as kids do but it... More

Dear Mister Culligan, or “279KevinC” if you prefer, On December 18th, when you arrived with your son, you were quite aggressive as there was no snow enough to let your son have the 6 days ski lessons you booked. We do sincerely apologize for the small works still being under completion on your arrival day as it was effectively the... More
