i have been staying at this hotel many times, sometimes in summer, and i love the location and the access to one of the bet ski in Chamonix.
It's a warm and comfortable place outside chamonix. The hotel is very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are of good quality. Sauna and steambath is little but working well. Breakfast is a good standard. You have to pay EUR 15.-- p.P. extra for the breakfast. Parking is free. We didn't make a reservation and were happy to...

We stayed four days on half board basis. The location, the room, the view from the room ,the peace and quiet, the very friendly staff and the gourme dinners, are perfect.

Decor is playfully nostalgic with casual touches and the huge timber framed windows provide compelling views during snowfalls.
The facilities are...

If you want peace and quiet away from the bustle of central Chamonix, this is it. Fantastic location, welcoming attentive staff (except perhaps for the waiter!). Very cosily and attractively furnished, both in the rooms and public areas. Disappointments? The pool heating and sauna weren't working (and not much sign of being fixed), and we could only rate the food...
