This is a very basic, no frills hotel close to the heart of Chamonix. Our room was very small and didn't even have a closet. The bathroom was tiny.....just barely room to turn around. We probably would look for something a little nicer on our next trip.

This is a charming hotel in the middle of town. The rooms are clean and modern. The reception staff are really friendly and speak excellent English. They are also very helpful The breakfasts are good and food fresh. Tea time is a delight. Excellent

We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Le Faucigny. Staff was varying degrees of friendly. We never caught her name, but the woman with the short hair (she seemed like a manager?) was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Positives + friendly staff + they let us bring our takeaway and eat it in their dining room + free coffee and tea... More

We visited Hotel le Faucigny again this summer and were still pleased with the stay. The location is super central and this time we drove and got free parking right in front of the hotel - great! We stayed in room number 30, which is not the best room, it's on sub-ground and has a window that opens straight out... More

I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights at the end of July. The staff were helpful & accommodating. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, and the little spa was also a perk. Great decor throughout the hotel & a very comfortable bed with a 12 o'clock check out time

Very nice place. Convenient, central location; less than a ten-minute walk to train and bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many nearby restaurants to choose from. Small, but clean and comfortable rooms. Good value.

Highly enjoyed this smaller and very personal hotel. Tastefully renovated with a Nordic touch. A boutique hotel (but not the boring anonymous kind), with a high attention to details, including great service. Everyone working there really seemed to love taking care of the guests. The room was very small (also the bed, 140x190 cm) so I recommend an upgrade. Although... More

The staff was somewhat cool (never particularly warm or effusively friendly) but they were consistently polite, helpful and professional. We had the family room on the second floor, and for relatively small space, it had a perfect efficient layout for four. We have stayed all over Europe and as most travelers know well, rooms are almost all universally small by... More

My friend and I stayed here for one night during our climbing trip to the area. The place is cozy and home-like yet with modern, fresh decor - I must say I loved it. The staff were extremely helpful and without hesitation took care of our larger bags while we spent a couple of days up on the mountains. And... More
