Checkin was a breeze, literally. Didn't have to show any form of ID, they just forked over a key. Rooms were newly renovated and kept very clean. I stayed here for 2 days prior to my climbs. The location is very near the train station and several restaurants and bars. Lets face it, everything in Chamonix is within walking distance... More

The hotel is situated in the perfect spot, 1 min from the railway/bus station. It was a great experience staying there. The room was very comfortable and it has a balcony with table and chairs. You can enjoy the mountain view with a cup of coffee.

the hotel is in the old building but very nice modern-ish decor. the location is just prime and super convenient. (only 3 mins walk from chamonix gare, and 10 mins walk to aiguille du mini lift). room is spacious with a peak of the mountain view. there's a (slow) , but free wifi. on the ground floor of the hotel,... Thank you for your review. Regarding the speed of internet access we hope for a major improvement this fall when a reconstruction of Ave M Croz, the street by the entrance, permits having an optical fibre straight into the hotel. More

Great location. Recently renovated rooms. Great views. Very very clean. The staff was very helful in planning our activities. They knew where to rent the equipment and which trips to take and which to avoid depending on the weather.

Wonderful and welcoming home right next to everything in Chamonix, recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and accommodating -- we had a medical issue during our stay, and they were so helpful in assisting in a myriad of ways! We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and can recommend the gravlax appetizer (and most everything else!) We are looking forward to... More

Great hotel in the middle of Chamonix, excellent ground up refurbishment resulting in a modern, well designed property. The best part though are the people. Everyone from the excellent receptionists to the bar and restaurant staff were welcoming and made our 4 nights over Easter a great vacation. One special mention has to go to the Restaurant and the great... More

Very well located hotel with parking and easy access to central Chamonix. The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are simple but well appointed and with plenty of space and we had a balcony overlooking the square. The ground floor features a bar that is popular with locals in the early evening (5-8) for the immediate... More

we stayed for three nights and were very pleased. The location is so good with all the fun chamonix night life within walking distance, you can also walk to the Le Brevent skisystem, the casino, movie theater, everything :) the restaurant was also amazing and the general service was great! We got a room towards the "party street" which could... More

Stayed here with my husband in March for a ski trip. Hotel was quaint and original and really welcoming. Staff are fantastic, brilliant English. Bar had a great atmosphere, rooms nicely decorated, views was amazing from our room. Location couldn't get better. Food was absolutely gorgeous.

This hotel is on the main street just across train station. The entrance is small but easy to find, the room also nice with balcony and bed. In the evening it will become little noisy down on the street especially in 1st floor room. The staff is kind and helpful.
