I stayed here only one night for a business meeting. I quite liked the hotel. Breakfast is OK, cook your own egg (but no fresh juice or decent wholemeal bread). The bed and bathroom are OK. My only complaint though is that the shaggy carpet in my room (nr. 11) was rather dirty, which made walking with bare feet quite... More

We were on a tour of france and unfortunately two days before we were due in chamonix my disabled husband was taken seriously ill and. We had to cut the trip short and go straight home . Having explained this to the hotel I hoped they would take a nominal fee for cancellation. Not so they took the full fee... More

We didn't pre book this hotel and we just need to check it out before we decided to stay. Because it was mid week we were lucky to have been given a choice to pick a room. To have staid 3 nights in the room with the view of Mont Blanc was our wish came true. To have read about... More

Stayed there for 4 nights in February. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to assist with every query I had. The rooms were simple yet warm and comfortable and of course the lounge with a fireplace was absolutely wonderful. I loved the hiking trail into town starting just behind the hotel, a serene wooded... More

A Great Hotel, Warm rooms and a WARM ATMOSPHERE. A lovely wooded hotel at the foot of the mountains and alongside the golf course for the summer. Easy reach to Chamonix even without a car by the local SNCF railway. A pleasant quite lounge with a roaring wood fire with a friendly bar and pool table upstairs. The rooms were... More

Stayed here for three nights. Although the hotel is a 10 minute drive north of the centre of Chamonix it is in a quiet and beautiful setting. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk to the Le Flegere ski lift which is very convenient and also next door to the excellent 'La Cabane des Praz' restaurant..The room was... More

The Labrador is a nice, small hotel with cozy rooms and a nice spa area and wood-burning fireplace and friendly front desk. It's close walking distance to one of Chamonix's ski lifts, but a bus ride away from town and the other ski lifts. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in our room price but the breakfast was... More

I stayed here for two nights while solo traveling before heading to Geneva for my flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. While I don't golf, it did make for a quiet place to sleep being on a gold course! Mont Blanc was directly outside my balcony, which was appropriate, as I had just hiked around it. My room was... We stayed for 1 night, having just turned up looking for a room. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no where locally to eat or drink as the restaurant next door was closed for a private function. Used the hot tub, nice touch. Views in the morning were great even from our ground floor room at the back... More
