We have just stayed at the Sapiniere as part of a two centre holiday with Inghams. The hotel is perfectly placed overlooking one of the few open green spaces in the town and is within easy walking distance of all the amenities. We were in room 1 in the original part of the hotel. There was an eclectic mix of... More

Just returned and found this to be an excellent place to stay. We had never stayed in a Chalet Hotel before but realy enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and service and food were excellent. Great views from our room of Mont Blanc, the mountains and the paragliders coming into land. Well situated for walks, cable cars and the town. We... More

We had never stayed in a chalet hotel before and were not really sure what it would be like but were certainly not disappointed. The staff were all extremely friendly and really went out of their way to do all they could. The manageress, Becky, was particularly nice and did a good job at running the place. We were happy... This hotel is great, the food is lovely. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have entertainment in the night such as music and quizzes. Oh and bingo. From my room on the balcony you could see Mont Blanc and it was such a lovely view when the sky was clear. They supply packed lunches for the next day incase... More

We stayed for 1 week from 30th July 2014 and were very impressed by the staff and the amount & quality of the food provided. It was practically "all-inclusive" as we had breakfast;great choice including full cooked option, packed lunches, afternoon tea which had soup, sandwiches and cakes. Canapies and an aperitif were served before the 3 course evening meal.... More

With this Hotel you get a lot for your money in quantity of food and drink and as others have said the staff are hard working and wonderful in every way. It might have been better to cut right down on afternoon tea and improve quality of dinner ingredients ie fresher veg and better meat. Food presentation was top notch... More

I can endorse all the previous positive comments regarding the quality and choice of the food, the service and attentiveness of the staff and the ideal location of the hotel . As a summer visitor the other guests were mostly walkers like us and mostly fairly mature. The afternoon tea, the aperitifs/canapes and the different seating for dinner each night... More

I stayed here in March toward the end of the skiing season. I had a room on the front side of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the beginners skiing area. The first time I went into the room the view through the big glass doors on the veranda was breathtaking. The sun is on the veranda when you come... More
