Not at all good...the females at the reception were not at all co-operative...they dint even give the free pass for sight seeing in the city which all the hotals provide once you enter into the room...we had to ask for it 2-3 times still they were reluctant to give that. more

This hotel is well located in Chamonix and the mountain views from the entrance area and from the restuarant are very nice. The reception area is pleasant and well kept and we found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the bedroom, toilet/shower area. Stay here only one night along our way to Alsace. We booked throught Venere website and got very convenient rate. The position is great, into the city centre and near everything. Stayed here for 4 nights. Very welcoming on arrival. The room they had allocated was not ready but a different one was. This was adequate, clean though smallish.
