Had booked three nights - stayed only one. Room built with very cheap materials especially soft ceiling. Aside from noisy river balcony looked straight at ugly concrete campus with Mt Blanc in corner. Breakfast was very good and included in our package unlike most Chamonix hotels. After visiting places like Wengen and Zermatt not my idea of mountain paradise.

Beautiful hotel downtown where you can walk everywhere. Close to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and it has incredible mountain views. Nice restaurant and wonderful service. Sits on the river. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend.

Location is priceless, great views and easy access to many Restaurants, Supermarkets, Bakeries and Shopping area. Free cycle rentals from the hotel reception is something i really appreciate, the staff speak wonderful English, if you are in Chamonix, this is your best option.

We stayed for 3 nights in the self catered apartment in this hotel in July 2015. It was incredible. The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and with a double fold out sofa bed there was room for 4 adults and 2 children. The accomodation was perfectly situated. A short walk to... More

Hotel de l'Arve is a smaller hotel in a quiet part of town. It is convenient if you come by car, as there is free parking on site (if you find a parking spot). The staff was very friendly. We were upgraded on arrival to a superior room. The room was recently renovated, fresh and done with taste. A large... More

Stayed here for 4 days including walking the last 2 days of the Tour Mont Blanc. Very good service and great breakfast. Our room was tiny although we had a good size bathroom with a bathtub (good for washing our smelly walking gear!). A nice little extra this hotel offers is a free afternoon tea at 4 pm. Tea, coffee,... More

The hotel offers a wide variety of rooms in terms of size. Stayed there twice, and had a pretty large room and a very small room. The showers also varied widely. One was fine the other barely big enough for me at 5'8" and 155 lbs. Location is at the northern end of Chamonix right on the river. Nothing is... More

It is very neer the lake and it made a lot of noise, but it is a good hotel for 2-3 days. Good breakfast and it means a lot to us. Very good service in the reception. Nice with free cofee and a Little cake in the afternoon. Easy to walk to town.

A great stay-the apartments affiliated with a hotel where they have afternoon tea, a bar, lounge area, games room and climbing wall and sauna! The location was really good as well, walking distance to everything, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bakeries. Great to have option to cook. Roomy, was great size for our family of 4; you could use pullout and... More

We stayed here for one night as it was the starting point of our Haute Route trek. As we only arrived in the evening after a good 7 hours of traveling, we were exhausted, and we were very pleased to be greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist who showed us to our room without delay and who gave us...
