This is a great Hotel. Very friendly and helpful, with turn down service each evening!! Something which is quite rare nowadays. Also in the hotel is a michelin star rated restaurant called the Bistrot. Food is great and service wonderful. This was our first stay in Chamonix, and I was really happy with my choice of Hotel. A very stylish hotel with friendly and helpful staff but as a family of four sharing a room, inlcluding 2 children, on a skiing trip, one skinny little wardrobe is simply laughable. Not only was this the only wardrobe, there was not a cupboard, drawer, shelf or even hook in sight! We had piles of clothes stacked on the floor....... more

Just back from an great weekend skiing break in Chamonix at Le Morgane. I knew the hotel had been totally refurbished and hoped it would be good. It was excellent! We stayed at le Morgane for two nights in early June. Our room was very clean, bright, and cheerful. The staff was knowledgable and friendly. Stayed at the Morgane for 4 nights at end August. Loved it. Very good standard. Breakfast an informal affair, buffet style. Very much what we enjoy, good standard without being formal or intrusive. Location great, centre of village and ideal for Aguille de Midi lift. Reception staff friendly and knowledgeable. more
