We could not have been made more welcome in spite of arriving at a late hour - thank you, Pat. Les Lanchers was the perfect setting for a magical few days revisiting the stunning surrounds of Chamonix. A delightful stroll along the river to the centre of town and the cable car to L'Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc or... More

Chose half-term week so that more things would be open. We found this hotel on TripAdvisor and loved it. Rooms all brand new with wonderful views of the mountains. Restaurant closed out of season, but a tasty snack menu served by the friendliest staff we've ever come across on our travels. We'll be back.

Last minute decision to spend a few days in the mountains. Delighted l chose this fabulous hotel, which is very good value. Well appointed and with friendly staff. Plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. Also delightful shops in a charming town.

A nice modern boutique hotel in Chamonix Valley. It is in nice quite location where you can appreciate the nature without the crowds. Pros 1. A nice clean and modern hotel 2. Quiet where you can enjoy nature 3. A lot of parking Cons 1. It is 20 minute walk away from Chamonix center, which is inconvenient at night time.... More

Good location not far out of Chamonix. Does need a little re-furbishment but staff were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. View from window awful. Breakfast simple. Meal in restaurant on last night, average but wine was not overpriced. Not many other restaurants to choose from in small town. Walks from hotel excellent and close to a cable car if you... More

We stayed 4 nights, half board, in an upgraded room. After camping with our tent for several days this was a treat. The room? large window with balcony overlooking one of the beautiful peaks. comfy bed, great lighting with the ability to read. Nice modern bathroom and shower. Very contemporary feel. Not sure what the other rooms look like but... More

I stayed here in sep 14 on a Mont Blanc trip. The staff were A1, very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay enjoyable. The proprietor is English but also speaks French so no language problems. Best of all. The showers in the rooms are Fantastic!! There is also an excellent restaurant annexed to the... More

This was our last night on the TMB . I chose a special hotel I thought . I was wrong ! Our room had no window just a door leading to a fire escape . No view of course. Nowhere to sit outside . Couldn't have any fresh air. It was I assume for people with disabilities and had a... More

This is a nice small hotel in Chamonix France. The rooms are not big and the hallway can get easily crowded. Elevator is a little small. But in general we had a nice one night's stay. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the city center so you will need to use your car.

Chamonix is my favorite place in all Europe and this hotel was the perfect place to stay while I was there. Just outside the main town but with the most perfect location and views in all directions. Multi lingual staff really were very helpful and understanding of our needs and the rooms were as good as you will get anywhere.... More
