It was really hot, so the a/c was great. The people at the front desk were very helpful as we booked the room. Its only about 5 blocks from the tourist area. Even tho its on a main street, it did not seem that loud. The parking lot was full, but there was overnight parking a block away. more

Stayed for a night had a few problems with a the computer system, and got upgraded to a larger room for free. Had no problems with the rooms or anything in the hotel. Room had A/C and with the windows closed had no problems with noise. You are around 10-15 mins from the tourist area of town it is along... more

I've stayed at better hotels in Annecy (for example Allobroges Hotel), but it's absolutely okay. I didn't know if I was about to give it three or four stars, and I'd probably choose 3½ stars.
