I was in a rush, looking to find a solution downtown - old town Annecy (Annecy is really worth seeing - by the way - especially in the late spring/summer) and found what I thought was a good solution. The Hotel is tiny: the rooms we stayed in were noisy, very noisy - people make a lot of caos till... More

The room was boiling so had to open window onto noisy street, so either boil or be kept awake. Air condition unit only pelting hot air. The breakfast isn't worth the money at all. Clean tidy and cheery staff. The ticket the front of house gives you doesn't work in giving you a discount at the car park, at 7am... More

Perfect location, right on the bridge in Old Annecy. Our room overlooked the river and square. Room small but adequate but too small for our bikes, which were kept locked in a neighbouring connecting building 40m up the street, for which we had to retrieve the single receptionist every time we needed access and to lock them in. Deliveries were... More

If you're planning a visit to Annecy there is no better location to stay. Within walking distance of everything and everyplace you could possibly want to see. No noise, no traffic. Rooms a little small but decent bathrooms and all clean. Great breakfast and friendly service. not cheap but perfectly positioned with no risk of disturbance from outside.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here in mid-September and found the hotel to be totally adequate for our needs. We wanted to be right in the middle of the old village and be able to just walk right out the front door and be "in the mix." Also, we planned on biking around the gorgeous Lake Annecy and... More

At 128 Euros for one night, I expected a bigger room. However in late August the town was very busy and can have no complaints, The room was clean and functional, and the staff were pleasant. We did not use the lounge or have breakfast. Why pay 28 Euros, when you can walk outside to one of many restaurants, and... More

Friendly staff. Slightly overpriced for what was quite a bijou room. Nevertheless, all mod cons provided. Busy town in August - quite touristy. Pretty area with large lake to view and plenty of places to eat, though few up- market ones. Can park in central town car park and hotel has a discount. Overall fine.

My husband and I spent two nights in this very well located hotel. Everything is tiny, the reception, the lift, the rooms! However we had complete silence at night and our room was very peaceful considering how amazingly busy the street below was. There really was very little space in our allocated room but if you are there purely to... More

In the center of all. I mean the location. Right in the center of all. By this reason we participated from the room in noisy Friday night till it was ended. But it was rather funny. The location is really superb. Rooms are small, so is the elevator. Breakfast is basic and expensive. It is a good idea to book... More

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in July 2014. The hotel is quite small and doesn't have many facilities but it is clean and the staff are very friendly. The best thing about the hotel is its position. With the old town on one side and the canals and Lake Annecy on the other it is a... More
