We stayed at this smart, modern hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting Lake Annecy. It's well located for old town Annecy with its canals, lake and numerous restaurants. Whilst our room was a little small, it was very comfortable and clean. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels. It has excellent secure underground parking if you book in... More

I was impressed with the excellent combination of super location, good service and decent accommodations. The room was modern and offered all conveniences. It is an older building located just beside the old town with charm and inside has been renovated to provide everything you need. It is not pretentious or luxury but a solid, good-value hotel.

We stayed here for three nights in June, two rooms one for my wife and I and one for my adult sons. The hotel could not have been better placed - great for access to the old town and the lake front. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are smart, modern and very comfortable. The perfect base for a... More

The hotel is certainly very conveniently sited, within easy reach of the lake, the old town and good restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and staff responded immediately when we said our bedding was too warm. Breakfast is very good value, setting us up for the day! It was well worth booking a garage for the period of our stay;... More

stand in main road a short walk from the main attractions of beautiful Annecy..nice and well maintained building in quiet lane. our room was nice & wide enough but suffering from a bad ventilation system in bathroom.. breakfast was perfect and not expensive..front desk staff was formal but not go out of his way to assist you..convenient small parking place... I think this hotel has had a face lift since the previous reviews (in fact the frontage was still slightly unfinished). There are certainly no sheets and blankets - all duvets! The economy room we stayed in was small but perfectly formed. Very clean and new with fresh paintwork, new carpet and curtains and a small but serviceable bathroom. Staff... More

This hotel, just outside the old town of Annecy, is the kind of small, unpretentious, clean, efficiently run, reasonably priced hotel that many travellers appreciate -- but the only downside is the difficulty of negotiating Annecy's complex one-way streets to get there. As far as we could determine, there is only one route into the street off which it is... More

As the heading says this hotel was generally very good for us. The location was excellent being near to the railway station yet within easy walking distance of restaurants, the old town, and the facilities of the lake. Our room (an economy double) was fine and in fact slightly larger and better than we had expected, and the bathroom although... More

The stunningly beautiful town of Annecy is situated on the lake and if you enjoy cycling with a view, this town is for you. The hotel is very well situated within the town centre and our room was quite spacious with a decent sized bathroom although the furnishings were in dire need of updating. Parking was very convenient at the... More

It seems it has been recently renovated. The hotel is clean, nice and good situated. The down point was breakfast which was dull and dishes were really dirty. Rooms are lacking safes. Would sleep there again if I come for 1-2 nights in Annecy.
