Very well-kept hotel - Excellent central location - well suited for business travelers both for business in Annecy itself or other surrounding areas. A stone's throw from the rail station and main roadways access points.

Positives: 1. Across the street from the train station 2. Staff are very accommodating. 3. Free wify in the room. 4. 200 meters from a fabulous restaurant, La Part Des Anges, Annecy (see my review) 5. Price was very reasonable. 6. Extremely quiet. You can barely hear the trains across the street. You'll get a good night's sleep. Negatives: 1.... More

Despite comments by other reviewers against Beatrice, I have to say, I found Beatrice pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. She gave me plenty of personal recommendations for lovely restaurants and cafes, which I thought was extremely kind and helpful. Quaint little hotel with a fairly nice location with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. In fact, it is... More

My expectations weren't high when booking this accommodation but it suited our needs as it had car parking available and was centrally located and moderatly priced. I was pleasantly surprised with our room. Yes, they are tiny rooms but there is room to put your luggage, and the bed is large and comfortable. The en suite is small and a... More

As a pro from DM Vacation I rate a hotel based on the quality the hotel advertised itself at. This hotel is a good four star (first class) France hotel. The hotel has a lovely location to explore Annecy. Only two blocks from the train station and less than two blocks from the historic cernter you can get to where... More

Small hotel. Rooms in similar proportions but extremely clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee in the room which is nice. Breakfast selection good and free wifi. Walking distance to the old town, lake and other restaurants.

Tiny rooms hardly room for two !! basic but clean, convenient for access to all attractions . Staff pleasant and helpful . Wouldn't stay again though. I would choose a better hotel with more spacious accomodation.

.Stayed here with a group from a Rail Discoveries holiday.Very central location, near the Old Town and opposite the railway station..Room was not as small as we had expected from previous reviews and was clean and tidy.Had 2 dinners as part of the package, both perfectly adequate for a group dinner(excellent Cote du Rhone wine!)Didn't interact much with the staff but when...
