What a great way to spend a few days in the town of Annecy... The chic unique apartments perfectly characterize modern French living in an olden romantic town. Top notch job done by the owner and the prices are very suitable for what you get. Great value, great location and a fantastic experience.

Really a fantastic place/room. Not for those that want hotel trimmings, but this is fun, cosy and gives a great sense of living the town. A few nights away with a difference. I'd definitely go back

Stayed in 'Le Cocon' in Feb 2012. Unique apartment in the heart of Annecy. Fanastic location, if not a touch difficult to find. Clean, compact apartment, similar size to average UK hotel bedroom, but with small kitchenette. Flatscreen TV with plenty of channels. Nice little espresso maker. Charming character, great decor, can highly recommend.
