We stayed in the hotel for one night during our way back from holidays in the south of France. We appreciated a good location in a quiet residential area, close to the railway station and within a walking distance from the magnificent lake and city centre. The hotel offers free wi-fi and a free parking on site. there was a... More

This hotel was just great as a base for our week in Annecy and the area around the lake. Well located, a short walk to restaurants, shops, the old town and the lake pier, it is a very comfortable hotel with a nice garden and on-site parking. The owners and staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfasts were... More

We spent five nights in this hotel early September 2014. We found the hotel extremely homely, unlike many of the large chain hotels. The staff were brilliant and the hotel was ideally located for easy access to the old town, new town and the station. The car park which is free and accessed at the rear of the hotel is... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to visit Lake Annecy and Chamonix. The hotel is well-located, close to the railway and access roads but not noisy. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the lake and a little further to the historic town. We also ate at a nice Portuguese restaurant less than... More

I was only here one night with a friend, but it was perfect for a night out in town. Walking distance to the old town and train station, free car parking, and staff were very flexible and helpful, particularly when we asked for somewhere to leave our bikes in safety after the Etape.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend at the end of April for one night. We booked it because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor, the good location and the parking facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, beds great, and it was spotless. Breakfast was just what we needed as well, continental... More

We stayed at Easter 2014….quite close to the railway station which suited us as we came by train from Paris….25 minute stroll down to the beautiful lake….staff very friendly….room basic but good value…we had a room facing the (not very busy) road - wind down the metal shutters and no noise at all….there's a lift and tea making stuff in... Cute and quiet B&B located close to lake annecy and the old town. Reception were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was a little tired but had a nice little balcony, good shower, etc, and so exceeded my expectations of a two star hotel.

Clean and nice rooms, very good breakfast, free parking, nice staff, and all this for a reasonable price. The only thing is that it's not in the old town, but it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. The hotel is also next to the station which can be quite convenient if you come by train.

This hotel is situated within easy walking distance to the heart of the flower bedecked, old lakeside Annecy. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They have off street parking and a large garden/courtyard area with ample seating. One of the things that we found to be very good was the nightly menu provided by the chef... More
