In the heart of the pedestrianised old town which is undergoing a facelift, close to The Opera House and 5 minutes from The Port. It's name is misleading as the reception is between two shops, the first floor breakfast room (the only meal they serve) has brightly coloured plastic, more like a hostel or school. The rooms above are typically... More

Dear guest, we thank you for your comment very important for us. The Grand Hôtel Dauphiné is being renovated and we look forward to welcoming our guests in brand new rooms. Acording to the parking Peiresc, located 50 meters from the hotel, the night rate is 5.5€ and the day rate (24h) is 8.5€. Moreover, you can park in the... More

Stayed here for three nigthts in August when visiting Toulon with my daughter. Hadnt pre-booked rooms but the staff were really good at helping us to find somewhere to rest our heads. The rooms are good, clean and comfortable, and at a decent price for the 3 star hotel level. Very close to all the great parts of the town... More

The location is excellent for this hotel. The parking is close by and the hotel pays part of it for you. Put the GPS for the parking at 13 Rue de Lorgues. Park near the back of the lot and exit the back door and you'll be able to see the hotel corner. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone... More

We spent a pleasant night at this hotel in May 2014. It is very well situated in the centre of Toulon. It was quiet, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was basic but comfortable and it suited our needs perfectly. However during the 24 hours after our departure I developed a large number of very unpleasant bed... More

Dear Madam E Correns, we are sorry to read your comment. We can prove that we set up a contract with a famous company (Rentokil) to fight against Bed Bugs. The European legislation forbid to use some products wich are more efficient against Bed Bugs. The answer we made you in may was correct because after your stay, we received... More

The fantastic location of this hotel is enough to make you happy with your choice. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. Don't forget to take your own tea, coffee and kettle as the French don't provide them. Also, take your own shower gel as they will not replenish the very small bottle provided on arrival. Breakfast is good... More

Stayed for 1 night, found this to be a basic and relatively calm hotel located in the heart of the city. We arrived in Toulon while there was a Rugby match going on and the city was filled with fans. In addition to shouting fans a lot of people were using their car horns. Needless to say, it was very... More

This is a decent, basic hotel. It's not a modern and fancy hotel. It's in a great location, in the middle of Toulon's city centre and a short walk from the Opera House. There is also a car park nearby.

We stayed for one night in January and it was ideal being so central in the pedestrian area, and near to nice restaurants and the Opera House. We arrived early from the train (before check-in time) and were given an upgrade as our room wasn't ready which was very helpful. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and showed us... More

A group of us stayed for 3 nights. The position in the centre was good on foot, but difficult to find in the one way system if driving. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean with an up to date ensuite shower room. Oddly a kettle was provided (brilliant for France) but no mugs/cups/spoons! just a couple of sachets of... More

Such a cute hotel in the middle of the city, very close to the main attractions and nice restaurants. The parking is very close and they have a special agreement with the hotel so ask for a stamp on your parking ticket. The rooms were basic, small but very clean. The breakfast was included to the price with limited food... More
