A serene, peaceful setting, lovely, tastefully furnished rooms and warm, excellent service. Plan to have all dinners here as the food is exceptional and beautifully presented. In addition, there is a wonderful selection of wines both by the glass and by the bottle.

My husband and I stayed here in May for 4 nights. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is very peaceful and we felt as if we were staying at someone's private manor. Really enjoyed having breakfast outside in the mornings. However the breakfast was quite expensive and few options but the tranquil setting made up for it. We also... More

Agree with other very complimentary reviews. Idyllic setting, pleasant outdoor dining (so nice and such excellent food that we ate here 4 evenings in a row). Very nice corner room in the main building with a modernized bath. From this location it was easy to access Avignon, Arles, St. Remy, and the lower areas of the Luberon. We would tour... More

Dreamy, the entrance, the Chateau, the grounds it is just so, so special. It makes you feel so fortunate and that you really must pinch yourself to ensure that it is all real. So very French, the team are warm and welcoming, the atmosphere all you could ask for, the food, well it is French and divine. The rooms are... More

I have never stayed in such a fantastic hotel, everything about it was simply amazing. It is a luxury place, rather expensive (but not bad value considering what you get) and quite imposing when you first enter, but the staff are simply so friendly and welcoming and they put you very much at ease. Breakfast was wonderful, everything so fresh... More

We stayed for 3 nights at this property last month. I had originally planned to stay for four nights, but we had to rearrange our dates, and a fourth night was not available. We absolutely loved this peaceful oasis in Provence. The rooms, amenities, grounds, chef, and especially the staff are superb. Our charming room was on the 1st floor... More

Our family sty at Le Chateau des Alpilles was simply wonderful. The Chateau, the staff, the grounds and the atmosphere all made for a memorable experience. We had two rooms in the Chateau and one at The Loft. Everyone was happy. The Loft is located in a separate building behind the Chateau and is furnished in more of a contemporary... More

We had 6 nights at the Chateau, and enjoyed every minute of our time there, using it as a base from which to visit towns in the area. The staff was fabulous, especially Celine and Jules... and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a corner room on the top floor of the... More

Wonderful hotel in beautiful setting Luxury room was large and well equipped. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Shame there was no separate shower cubicle Food very good and service unobtrusive but efficient and friendly. Warmer service than I have experienced at other luxury chateaux hotels. Pool area beautiful and peaceful and loungers very comfortable. Only slight criticism is that breakfast... More

We loved our 5 nights in Provence and were reluctant to leave for Paris. The service was excellent beginning with the reservation process through Celine and continuing with all other staff. Everyone was very helpful and gracious. We were travelling with our two children ages 10 and 14 and this was their favorite hotel out of 4 very nice European... More
