This chateau is a charming, peaceful getaway from the pace of Avignon, of highest quality in all aspects and superbly-run. The grounds are beautiful, we loved our lovely, well-appointed room and food was excellent. We shall return and stay longer.

Driving down the driveway into Chateau des Alpilles creates great expectations - and blissfully the stay experience doesn't disappoint. Being a family of four we decided to stay in La Lavour - a private house on the property with the advantage of sharing all the facilities. It was totally awesome and showed good taste at every turn. I could have... More

My wife, daughter, and I spent three delightful nights at the beautiful family-owned Chateau des Alpilles in mid-June. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms in the Chateau are elegant, spacious, and well appointed. The common area facilities are excellent and well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel and grounds is serene and welcoming. The staff was superb. But the... More

This was our 2nd stop on our 3 week holiday in France and Italy. Our first stop was in Paris at the Shangri-La hotel so our expectations were a little jaded so I am happy to say that our stay at Chateau Des Alpilles was just as exceptional. The property is gorgeous boasting an incredible restaurant, warm and caring service... More

We stayed in this beautiful serene hotel, we got the bedroom at Cote Cour, clean, free wifi, they have all the amenities, although the the hair dryer stops and was not able to dry my hair completely but it did not overshadowed our great time. The garden us lush, the elm trees at the driveway is inviting.

Spent three wonderful nights. With a car you can drive to Arles, the Pont du Gard, St. Remy, Les Baux and Avignon- all worth visiting. Then you come back to the relaxing pool and a truly wonderful meal outside. We'd come back in a heartbeat and bring the whole family next time.

We were here shortly after they opened for the season the I believe we were the only guests our first night. Celine gave us a tour of the hotel and let us pick our room. For the next 4 days we took day trips which were orchestrated by the staff right down to where we should park. Before we even... More

Hidden away about a mile out of St Remy, this house sits at the end of a tree lined drive; It's a real pleasure when you first arrive & experience it. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff are lovely and helpful. We played tennis, swam & generally lazed around outside. It was a perfect spot to really... More

We stayed three nights in Le Lavoir, which is quietly located a few metres to the side of the hotel, with our son, his wife and their dog. Le Lavoir is a small cottage with a bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and small sitting room downstairs, and another double bedroom up some very steep open stairs which would not suit... More
