We spent 6 nights at Hotel du Soleil (may 26-June 1 2009) as part of a 15 night visit to Provence. It was a great home base. We found it a little tricky to find the first time (its on a one way street just up from the Tourist info centre), but once we got that straightened out it was... more

The staying was very pleasant, everyone was charming, but we were quoted a rate when we got there and got a bigger one on the bill when we departed. There was no way to prove the rate we were originally quoted, and they did not even try to make the situation better. The lady who gave us the original quote... more

This hotel has a lovely staff. The rooms are large and you feel at home here. It is a pretty setting. This is the perfect place to stay in Provence. You can walk into the quaint town and never have to move your conveniently and easily parked car. We visited the other towns of Provence and felt the busy pace... more

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and used it as a base for exploring other places. The staff are really friendly and happy to help you. Like other people have said, the hotel is more a number of buildings which surround a courtyard. There is a pool but it was a bit too cold to... more

We were "drive in" no booking quests. needed parking of which there was ample. What a find, close to the town, and easy access to all the sights in western Provence. Super, helpful owners, full of information on Provence.Clean rooms and more than adequate resonable breakfast. We will go back. Joe Fleming Cape town more

Spent a week here. The hotel is actually a small 'close' of buildings that have mostly been converted and furnished to provide accommodation, so you get a room in one of the buildings or the main building. My room was in one of the neighbouring houses. The hallway was full of lovely furniture and the whole feel was of being... more

This was our base to visit Provence. The room was big, two floors, with a fully equiped kitchen. The shower box was really tiny, with a plastic curtain sticking on me all the time. The bed was a little poor, small matress and thin cushion. It was just like staying in a friend's countryhouse, with a nice pool and a... more

My partner and I stayed for 1 week at this hotel in Aug 2007. We used it as a base for visiting some of the areas near here such as Les Baux, Arles, Camargue, Avignon etc. There's a lot to see within an hours drive, though the Camargue is a bit further but well worth it. We wanted a hotel... more

Stayed two nights in The Soleil. Very simple and old furnished rooms, clean, but old towels. The room was quite noisy, too and the cleaning staff were making a lot of noise in the morning. Very nice surrounding, nice pool outside and good location. Owners quite friendly. more

Cute hotel, close to the TI. Not in the center of town, but just a short five minute walk away. Hotel was more of a motel, with the rooms opening out to a courtyard. Rooms were spartan but large. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One PC with free internet access is available, plus there's free... more
