A good place to stay when visiting the area. Clean large enough rooms, comfortable we even had a little patio to ourselves. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Plenty of off road parking in a quiet area of the suburb. Would definitely recommend if you are passing through.

It is about 1km from the actual village so make sure you're willing to walk or have a car. The rooms were fine, clean, so were the bathrooms. Breakfast for 8€ was average - rather eat breakfast elsewhere. If you're looking to just sleep here, it's a decent place to overnight. When we checked out they made a calculation error,... More

Booked this property and the good reviews definitely reflect the reality - this is a gorgeous property! It could easily be a 4 stars! Nice rooms, nice lobby decor, lovely swimming pool and amazing breakfast! This is highly recommended! (Only negative point is no A/C or fan in the rooms)

This is probably many people's dream Provencal hotel (though really a B+B). No restaurant but cold drinks are available any time. Small rooms, yes, but with mini balcony or terrace, and a lovely new walk-in shower room (separate lav). You could just totally relax here all day, on one of the loungers, by the pool, or picnic in the pretty... More

Nice hotel, suitable for exploring the sights of Provence. The hotel itself looks like your grandmas house in terms of decorations (little trinkets and knic knacks dispersed everywhere) but the rooms are fairly modern (warning they are carpeted). Each room has its own balcony which is a nice touch. The grounds them-self are sweet, everything in general could use a... More

I had a nice 4 night stay at this hotel. As said before, it's located just on the outskirts of town and IMO, not within comfortable walking distance. I found the 3 people I came in contact with there very, very nice and willing to please. The lady who serves breakfast weekdays learned I hadn't acclimated to the time difference... More

We used Hotel l'Amandiere as a base for a couple of days to explore western Provence. It's based just outside the centre of St Remy and has a car park. The room was only 79 euros per night for two of us, which was excellent value for money - the room wasn't massive, but large enough to be comfortable. There... More

We stayed right in the thick of St. Remy de Provence last time and really enjoyed being a bit on the outskirts this time in this quiet, well run, charming small inn where we were the only Americans among Parisians and other Europeans in the know. Simple guest rooms with outside sitting areas among beautiful plantings. Lovely public rooms and... More

People who pay too much attention to the star system of French hotels should come to this place. To me the most significant thing about the 2 star listing is that it may have contributed to the great value for money in this not so inexpensive area of southern France. Our room was very adequate in size, clean and comfortable.... More

We spent four nights here in April and used it as our base for exploring Provence. A pro and a con is location--because it's a few minutes by car out of the town, it's quiet and there is off street parking. On the negative side, you will have to walk quite a way if you want to have dinner in... More
