Simple and well decorated, new, clean, functional and typical provence details! It is more than a 2-star hotel. Breakfast was quite good with fresh provençal food. Staff were smiling, helpfull and friendly. 20 minutes walk to the city center, if you have a car just 2 minutes! Free parking area is a plus. The only missing thing is a mini... More

A hidden little treasure pleasure at the hidden little St. Remy de Provence. Idyllic is what would describe the place the best. Here is where a bunch of French who’d like to laze and waste away the day would come & chill out, reading or sipping coffee. It’s removed from the city, pretty as a picture. The interiors are terribly... More

It's a very cute place, well decorated, typical Provence! The living room was beautiful and full of useful books! Our room was nice, with a balcony. The shower was great! Perfect to explore the Provence area! The problem is that the rooms are a bit small and that dogs are allowed in the bedrooms. Our room had a strange smell...

Just back from 5 nights here. Great hotel, fantastic value. Comfortable room with air-con, overlooking pretty garden. Lovely breakfast (although it wasn't replenished for later guests, so get there early!). Bathroom was a little small, as was the toilet, but not a problem. Beautiful lounge area with guide books, magazines, games. Good pool, very quiet. Staff were excellent, immaculate in... More

Stay in St Remy, great town and this smaller style hotel located right outside the center of town is a steal. The have secure gated parking and entrance(for late nite) with keypad codes. You can walk to town center in 10-15 minutes or drive and be there in about 4 minutes. Wifi worked great. The room was small with a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in May while we drove around Provence. The hotel setting is lovely...beautiful grounds, a pool, a terrace for breakfast. The staff is friendly, and the morning breakfast was well worth the 9 euros charge. Our room definitely needed refurbishing (worn shag carpet, worn towels and sheets), but it was clean, and we had a... More

Some parts of Provence can be quite expensive to visit. Quite exotic hotels and fancy prices. The Hotel l’Amandiere is a bit of a compromise. It is reasonably well located in St Remy, it provides reasonable accommodation and it is reasonably priced. Nothing special here, the rooms are small, bathrooms and separate toilet positively minuscule, but everything is reasonably clean... More

We elected to stay in St. Remy rather than in Arles, and it was a mistake. The hotel was very average, the carpet was stained in the room, the staff was not particularly friendly, and really, St. Remy is only worthy of a day trip from another location. However, the breakfast which they provided was excellent and made the stay... More

This hotel had a very nice breakfast room and terrace area. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the selection to be good and plentiful. The lounge and terrace were nice to relax in before dinner. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was not. The toilet was in a separate closet which was very small. It was also a bit... More

We had been traveling for nearly two months when we stayed at Hotel l'Amandiere and it was a much needed, peaceful place in Saint-Rémy. We had a lovely ground floor room with a door opening into the back gardens. We enjoyed the lounge chairs and our little table and chairs. They provide a lovely breakfast in a pretty garden terrace.... More
