No hotel for the average tourist. But a cheap and good budget option located near the old port of Marseille. The hotel is in a shabby back street, the staff does not speak English, the hotel offers no breakfast and there is no air conditioning. But the staff is very nice and helpful, the simple rooms are clean and there... More

We arrived in a hotel where the painting in the stairs was completely chipped off. The bathroom had no door but a curtain. Not really charming when two people are staying in the room. The TV didn't work and internet acces was highly sporadic. The staff wasn't really welcoming either. We never felt really at ease there and the fact... More

The room is very clean, draps very white. Quite simple but comfortable, high value for money. Perfect for a weekend. The staff is very friendly and location is perfect, near of everything. Definitely recommended!

Our first bad experience started when we pulled up and parked at the side of the hotel to unload (there is no parking close - public parking about 200 metres away). Directly behind us was a man urinating on the wall, at the side of the entrance steps to the hotel. We were rather shocked when he wanted to carry... More

The room was small with some really tatty furniture. There was no door to the "bathroom. It's more like a toilet and a shower to the back of the room. Shower is behind a wall but toilet is in full view. Feels like a prison meets brothel. There is no lift for the third floor. The wifi is really problematic.... More

On booking we advised hotel that our flight was arriving at midnight. When we missed the last bus to hotel and knew we wouldn't get there to 3am till the next bus we phoned and emailed to advise. As its a '24 hour' hotel we didn't think this was an issue but needed to be polite. We arrived at 3am,... More

The hotel more looks like a hostel than a hotel but has nice simple rooms with some furniture to put stuff in.the mattress was a bit too soft and saggy but still Ok.the sheets and towels were clean.the bathroom had no mould but some former visitors hair on the floor, in the sink and in the shower.the staff does not... A small room but comfortable. Everything was clean. Good smell. The receptionist was very gentle. He helped me with my luggages. A lot of service for a very fair price. Close to everything in town. A little noise at night but with earplug it is ok.

this place is a good deal if you have to spend one night near the train station in marseille and want to spend the minimum. Clean cheap hotels are not easy to find in the centre of this city so this one is a good one. Friendly welcome. If you leave early you may have to wake the receptionist up
