I arrived from Corsica exhausted, and deprived of sleep from my travels. A wonderful young lady named Delphine (I hope this is correct because she deserves all the credit) got me a room (which they didn't have... She let me check in at 7am, instead of 2pm and got me situated quickly. After a got a little bit of rest,... More

I stayed here for two nights and it was a good place to rest for my visit to Marseille. The pros: the staff here were exceptionally helpful and did everything from help me make calls to Avis to finding restaurants nearby very willingly. I had a really nice room on the 5th floor that had a skylight that opened up... More

We were pleased with the quality, conveniences and very helpful and friendly staff at this hotel. We were within walking distance to attractions, good restaurants, shops, and the metro. Good value for the price.

Rooms are nice and modern but a little bit small. You can hear some little noise during the night. Moreover, the hotel is closed, between 5 and 8min walking, from the vieux port. The breakfast is top and the service at the hotel is very nice.

We stayed 2 nights. Nice place for 100 dollars a night. Brand new renovated rooms. Nice confortable bed. Good shower. The area so so, but very central. You can also find parking on street. It's a nice hotel located in a walking distance from the port, Place Joliette and Cathedral de la Major. An old building, although very well renovated. The room is quite small, but for one person (and one night) - it was more than enough. I was surprised by the location of the bathroom and shower - they are aligned along... More

This hotel is a great find. The location is superb, in the EuroMediterranee area which is a wonderful social and cultural regeneration from the old docks .The MuCEM area contains both historic and modern architecture, this hotel being a bright, contemporary and welcoming feature of that. Our room was a reasonable size and was very well serviced and quiet, but disappointingly had... More

Our superior room at the Best Western Hotel Mucem was smaller than BW's we have stayed in in the U.S. (but larger than a BW in Montreal). I"t might be considered typical size for urban area hotels in France. That said, every square centimeter in the room was well planned and designed. Colorful and clean. Several security measures were in... More

We arrived at St. Charles train station around 11 pm and for some reason the taxis would not drive us to the Best Western hotel. They told us that we could walk there and we did, however it ended up being a 30 minute walk since we had never been to Marseille before. Upon arriving the front desk was very... More

We booked rooms 2 months before comming to Marseille, booking was confimed and at the day of arrival someone from the desk called and we informed that we arrived late. We arrived to Marseille at 11 p.m; hotel was closed, receptionist told us that our reservation was cancelled and in the middle of the night, in saturday, in the holiday... More
