This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in. There is no way it is a three star hotel. The staff was rude and disinterested. It took us almost 30 minutes to check in because the people at the desk kept stopping to answer the phone or talk to each other. The elevators were so small... more

YUCK! Do not stay here. We had a terrible stay here from the get-go. First, the staff did not direct us to the proper parking garage area, so we had to run back to our car to move it to the hotel's parking area (they did not tell us that there was a specific area in the underground parking garage... more

Stayed at Mercure Euro Centre in Marseille on visit to a friend. Very good stay, typical Mercure property, clean, stylish, comfortable. Very nice sized room with two single beds (typical in europe) and a large bathroom with tub and great shower. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, checked me in very quickly and made way to room on 3rd floor... more

The hotel is located just off one of the main roads which lead to the city centre (currently undergoing some road work for the new tram system), but is only 10 minutes from the train station, although you will need a decent map to find it immediately. The reception area was pleasant and the bar area attractive and the rooms... more

Good value overall in this hotel. Located in the Bourse shopping centre, five minutes walk from the Vieux port. The room was adequate and clean. Unable to open the window (security reasons we were told), but the air-con was worked fine. The wi-fii is the Accor -Orange thing and rather expensive. The location is central, but the area can be... more

We stayed at the Euro Centre for 2 nights in late June and we arrived at 11:00pm on a Saturday night as another guest was complaining her car had been broken into across the street from the hotel. That gave us the appropriate amount of caution, but the hotel itself was very good value. We got a rate of 70Euro/night... more

Hotel is OK for business travelers, but not near much of anything otherwise. Hotel's web page tells you it's near the Colbert metro (undergound, subway, u-bahn) station but doesn't tell you how to find the hotel once you exit the station. I decided to light out three blocks in each of four directions and see if I would find it.... more

This hotel is rated a 3 star. When you first walk in, it is most certainly a 3 star reception area, if not 4 star, it includes a nice bar area. Our rooms were disappointing though. Throughout our stay in France, we chose only 3 star hotels. This one was our least favorite. The carpet is old, the bathroom had... more

Ideal location for business, shopping (Galeries Lafayette, FNAC and 30 other sores) and sightseeing. Relax from your activities in one of the 40 restaurants along Vieux Port and finish your evening with the hotel's favourite Americano cocktail. Friendly staff, colourful rooms, 5 min. by taxi to railway station and airport bus. I'll be back ... more
